1800SkyRide is a telemarketing fraud. They sell trips and sporting events that do not exist. The company operates under different names:

1800Skyride
Adventure Skydiving Center
Adventure Sports
Luxergy
IGO Vincent
Spagoda
Tandora
Granter Media
Thrill Planet
Soaring Sports
Hot Air Balloon Team

They refuse to give refunds to customers, there are hundreds of unresolved complaints with BBB. Stay away from this company. When a customer wants a refund because most of the time they were sold something that did not exist or was given false information on locations, they refuse to give it and offer a different activity which again is either a fraud or hundreds of miles away from the client.

I've launched complaints with BBB, FTC, and The Attorney General. If you are reading this because you paid this company money and want it back, send your complaint to the above places as well. I hope we can beat this company if we do it together.

    Any updates on this.  I got scammed big time too, reported this to the FBI and BBB.  Bought tickets to hot air balloon ride back in March 2012, tried to redeem it this year and website is gone, phone number doesn't work.

    Anyone know if it's the same scammers?  I'm so frustrated.

      Keith Armenia and April Nations purportedly took some of the money from scammed customers and opened a franchise wing store call Buffalo Joes in Powder Springs Georgia. Below is the website. They do have a contact number listed and they do answer the phone.

      Lilliam Esther Dejesus filed personal bankruptcy on September 16th 2013. She also filed a bankruptcy petition for Headband LLC. This was the shell company that was used by DeJesus to steal millions from consumers like you. On this petition she lists the thousands of customers that she defrauded. She discloses that although she made almost $14,000,000.00, she now has less than $1000 in net worth. This and the many other lies on her bankruptcy documents along with her matching testimony should be enough to get her the jail time that she has so long deserved.

      Consumers must give notice to the credit card company to get money back but can rest knowing that Lilliam DeJesus will soon be where she belongs.

    I too purchased 2 hot air balloon ride tickets (February 2012). I lost the link to print them out and called SkyRide to get a new e-mail and the number has been disconnected. I did once try to redeem the tickets and didn't have any problems, (but the weather that would not cooperate). I called the same number that I had used to line up the first ride (Adventure Outdoors) and was told that SkyRide had gone out of business and they were not honoring anything that came from them . The lady told me that everyone that she has come across in this situation has gone to their banks and gotten the money back. My mother works for a big company in fraud management, so I called her. She said the bank would credit me the money right away and go after SkyRide. Unfortunately, if they do not get anywhere with SkyRide and get reimbursed, I will lose my $400 again! I would like to go to the bank with as much information as possible, so if there is anyone out there that can provide details, please let me know.

      Dejesus, has been running from the law for the past year. She evidently has been using every legal maneuver she can to stay out of jail but her day of reckoning is coming. She has now filed for personal bankruptcy but Fred Burke has not yet. You do have recourse with your credit card company and with the court system. Do not give up!
