    Charged me for the month in advance while had promised prorated refund
    While opening the account I had confirmed that the amount would be refunded on prorated basis upon cancellation. They didn't honored that and also charged an extra month. Even they haven't kept the cancellation easy so that people have to struggle for days before actually cancelling.
