I am getting sick of the so-called american named, such as Mark Williams and Mike George, with thick
accents from the lovely middle east, that should be completely wiped out and turned into Disneyland
with a free barrel of oil when your headed back to the States after your stay, calling me!
   What kind of country are we where in todays technology that we cant catch these foreigners, who are
probably being paid by red blooded Americans? The SHAME!!!  Im just tired of arguing with these losers
and they knowing way too much information about me!
   Like I'm going to believe some habeeb from some trumped up law firm from L.A. was hired by some
legitimate American company to pursue me and collect a debt for which I DO NOT OWE!! LAUGHABLE yet I want break someones neck if we could ever catch these lazy out of towners who wont earn a real
living!

    I just received a message on my work number from 415-952-5630

    Saying he was from department of affair...It's a scam.  Same person called me from 786-272-6522 saying he was from Financial Crime division He had my SS# I had to close all my accounts yesterday

    I called FTC, sheriff's dept and credit beaureu's

    DON'T FALL FOR IT!

    Got a call from this number. When I picked up, the line was silent. They called back and left a message. I blocked the phone number because 1) my name is not Willie and 2) the number they called was my cell phone. This is a fraudulent call. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY AND HAVE THIS NUMBER BLOCKED.

    "This message is intended for Willie Snap. Willie, as soon as you receive this message, I need you or your retained attorney of record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time-sensitive. My name is {unintelligible} and the hotline to my division is 415 952 5630. I repeat it's 415 952 5630. Don't disregard this message and do return the call. Now, if you don't return the call and we don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you. Goodbye."

    I just got this call 415-952-5630 for my wife about legal action.  This is twice now in less than 3 months someone has tried to pull this.  The first time it was here in Texas and now this time in California saying it is for legal issues.  I am tired of this crap.

      What's the point anyway??? It's really about nothing. What do they want to accomplish? He gave me a name,
      John Davis, also gave me a name I think of there Attorney, Michelle Landowsky!!! I think it's a name of  in a cha mess!!!

    My co worker sent these scam artist 500 dollars. even though I told her that this was a scam she was very afraid shewould be arrested. After she paid them I googled the number and this website came up. Thank God for all the people who took times post

    got a call at my work from a james rogers from the dept. of legal affairs with number 814 289 8207 ask for me to gall asap . i tried to call the number but it would not go throw .  phone company would not allow. so i checked on the internet and found all of these results the same as mine please get thise fruads out of business.  iam going to the police to turn this number in for assistance

    Same thing happened to me today!so upset I called and reported them to ohio attorney general .scam said if I dint pay today I would be arrested tomorrow morning.can't stand them.going to call them every hour  and  bug them.lol

    I have received probably eight or nine calls within the last two days from the same man and two different companies. One said legal services and the other one said Department of Labor investigations. I know I'm not the only person that this is happening to. But something does have to be done about it. they are not just calling one phone they are calling two phones.  Same man same voicemails. everytime he calls it is with a 415 number.

    I just received a call at my work, from man saying he was calling from the Department of Legal Affairs, saying he's calling me about a case against my Social Security #, and that I need to call Kenneth Webster right away, as he was filing a lawsuit against me. He had the last 4 digits of my social security number. He wouldn't tell me what the case was regarding and acted like I should have known about the lawsuit. Their phone number provided me is 415-952-7351. Unfortunately, because I didn't look this up in time, I gave them my cell phone number. I actually called to speak with Kenneth Webster whom I called and he said I would be arrested and that he would be calling my employer and I would also be taken to court and owed $590.00. I then asked why would I be arrested for something I did not do he said ok and hang up.  I called back and that time no one answered. This just happened about 20 minutes ago.

      this happen to me also today. I almost fell for it until my brother who is a debt collector said this was a scam.1st call said to call Kenneth Webster. I called a 1-415-484-2132 number a man name tony alexander answer. wanted me to pay 685 payday loan. we call him out. he hung up and we kept calling trying to get info on him and his company dept of legal affairs in san frasico California.

    Just got a call from the same Dept of Legal Affairs in California re: a case against my SS# and a payday loan that I apparently took and never paid back.  I am supposed to be arrested within the next hour or so.  They said that the police were to have contacted my yesterday.  I cannot believe this!!!!! These people need to stop.  Its sad to know that all my information is out there.  Michelle Brown, Marc Jason and Kenneth WEbster at 415-952-7351.

    I am receiving calls for a second round. First one recieved a little over a year ago and now started again. I called back and told them they already tried this scam a year ago they got mad and hung up on me. When I called back again they told me they turned my number over to the police. I recieved a call from "emergency service" go figure it was a woman with an indian accent telling me she was calling from the San Diego police department. No name and told me she heard the recorded message where I was talking over the person on the phone and I needed to stop talking over her which I did not do. I asked what country she was calling from and she again said the San Diego police deprtment and I was speaking to a police officer. told me the police would be coming for me in a half an hour...I told her I would be ready for them...surprise they didn't show. The local police department tells me the FBI is handling this case...I will call and give them the phone number (619-924-0030) but I doubt anything will be done.

    this company name dept of legal affairs tried to scam me today. about a payday loan I don't have . wanted me to pay 685.23. ask for his name he said tony alexander [American name]. but he had a foreign accent. ask for a supervisor and company name and address and a direct number. he couldn't give it to me. he stated he was handling my case. the number he 1st contact gave me this number 1-415-484-2132. now the number they call my home wasn't this number. a lady call me from 1-415-295-5685. and stated I need to contact ken at a law firm. which is the 1-415-484-2132. I call it and ask that person. the man said no one is here by that name. so then he gave me his name TONY ALEXANDER. the man had an accent speaking voice with American name.  I then ask why was he calling and threaten me to get lock up. I didn't have anypayday loan. he said we had to get a prepaid money pak card from cvs or walmart. he said they don't accept western union or moneygram and no credit or debit card. just the pre paid one. I call my brother over and he tried to speak to him but he kept over talking us and he kept giving us a time frame. he could not answer any questions. so we told him we will have our lawyer to contact him. he hung up the phone.

    I received a call just like that and I did send $280. The call was from a Alex Watson with the number 510-256-0359. The next day he called again and I told him I knew he was a scam and he started laughing

    I just received a phone call from 347-418-0467.  Someone named "Sebastian" with an extremely heavy accent said that there was a case pending against me with the IRS because I did not pay my taxes on time (don't owe taxes) and an additional count of intent to defraud - defraud what?  He could not give me any information and acted like I should know what he was talking about.  I have no clue.  I called the number back and he said I was $10,000 behind on my taxes after asking why I wanted the information.  Told him that was funny because I get a refund every year.  He finally hung up on me!! This was all after telling me that someone would be at my house in 45 minutes with the papers for the lawsuit - guess what - they never showed!!!  This is all a scam so watch out!!!!

      Just received same call from 347 637 6593 saying my husband was in big trouble and he needed to call Alicia Rosario ( hmm sounded much more Indian than Hispanic) . Knowing this was a scam I thought I would challenge her. When I told her he wasn't home she insisted he call her immediately. I ask why if she was from the Treasury dept why is she calling at 8:30 pm and why haven't we received anything through the mail.  She gave me a bunch of BS and told her to call our lawyer. She said he should called her.  Eventually she hung up on me.  I tried to call her back but there was no ring tone.  Want to report this to ????
