I found this complaint on-line and my scenario was exactly the same.

I received a call with a recorded voice saying the call was from "Card Services" telling me that I needed to "act now to save money on my credit cards or the offer would expire."  Then I was given an option to press a number to be connected with a live operator and the option to press another number to stop receiving any more "notifications".  I pressed to speak to the "operator" to ask why they're calling me since I am on the Do Not Call list.  She hung up on me immediately.  I tried to call the number back, but the number I tried was disconnected.

Next caller from Card Services is going to hear about my 12 gauge shotgun and a 3 1/2" Magnum load of 00 buckshot.

From what I can tell it appears that KEYONE  (18885997112) is a complete scam.  I however did give them $700 because I'm desperate to get my credit card paid off.  Have any of you had any luck getting your money back from these scammers??

First, dispute the charge with your credit card company.  Tell them it was a scam business; most will refund your money (I am with Master Card-they refunded every dime).  The credit card should refund your money, and they in turn will go after the scam company.  Second, file an FTC complaint and contact the Better Business Bureau; both are aware of these companies' activities.  FYI:  The FTC has shut down at least five of these businesses (Greensavers, LLC was their main front) and the company officers were taken out in handcuffs.  The FTC figures that they have scammed at least 30,000 people of over $30 million dollars.  They have also frozen the company's accounts.  Go on the FTC website, there is a complaint form.  An attorney will contact you; just make sure to be as thorough as possible in your account of what happened to you--they are going after these chumps.  There is also a copy of the complaints filed on the FTC website.  I would copy them and give those to your credit card company as well.  Hope this helps you.

Call your credit card co and have them reverse the 700. They will be happy to help, as all cc companies are aware of this scam.

I have received this same thing, several times, twice from Oregon, now from area code 425. I wonder if there is a class action suit going against Card Services. I am getting really irritated from all of these calls, when I'm supposed to be on a Do Not Call List

Congrats to the Federal Trade Comm.!! On Nov 1, 2012  they caught five different Rachel operations, and now just the other day, they caught another one. Please go to the FTC web site and enjoy reading about it!

I agree.  I'm still getting all kinds of Card Services calls here in Jan of 2013, so the FTC didn't complete the job of exterminating these pests.

they are harrassing me too. calling my home phone. I gave them the expiration date; that's what they asked for first. then they said they could lower my interest rate..then they said it was good for today only. Today was the last day. It was a latina woman or maybe russian; very heavy accent. you could hear people in the background. But I caught myself when they wanted my cc number and the today is the last day issue. I said send me something in writing. I just quickly said goodbye. Now they keep calling me and I don't answer, except this morning I answered the phone and it was a collect call in spanish from a correctional facility which then got disconnected. very strange.

Oh, I love to play with them, I give them fake information and then when they read it back to me, I change it around and then "drop" the phone or flush the toilet.  I do anything I can think of to play with them.  Tell them how many cards I have and then mix the numbers up.  fun times.

I have been getting these calls from them also. It started last year. When you ask them to do not call you anymore; they just ignore you and call again or call from a different number. I filed a complaint with the FCC and did not get any help from them. I called the police and ask them if it was legal to use a air horn for these types of calls. Yes, it is. I have a airhorn now; and next time they call; after I heard the recorded message; I will puch a button to speak with someone. When they come on the line to talk to me; that is when I will blast the airhorn into the phone. Maybe this is the only way to fight against these types of calls; bucause the FCC is no help at all.

Might a huge volume air horn damage your own phone speakers as well as your own ears?

If everyone does this it would certainly slow them down.  But criminal type are willing to work harder at criminal activity than they ever would at honest employment, for some dumb reason.

On Jan 28, 2013, the FTC just caught the Seventh bunch of scammers using "Card Services" since November.
The criminals are three women. I'll bet they are real "sweeties". Probably fat, ill bred, washouts.

They are not the coldest beer in the fridge, because they keep getting caught.

Seems like they would get in trouble for violating the Do Not Call Registry.  Can't just be this group because I'm still getting phone calls. They're still beating the system big time!

I tell them I am interested in their service and take as much of their time as possible.  Use delay tactics like, I gotta turn down the stew on the stove, the dog wants out, someone is at the door, and hold one second while I sit on the john.  then make some rather suggestive sounds.  take their time as much as possible.  kinda fin and it keeps them form finding another sucker.
