I found this complaint on-line and my scenario was exactly the same.

I received a call with a recorded voice saying the call was from "Card Services" telling me that I needed to "act now to save money on my credit cards or the offer would expire."  Then I was given an option to press a number to be connected with a live operator and the option to press another number to stop receiving any more "notifications".  I pressed to speak to the "operator" to ask why they're calling me since I am on the Do Not Call list.  She hung up on me immediately.  I tried to call the number back, but the number I tried was disconnected.

    We get the same annoying call weekly.  The number on the phone is 1-604-298-4429, the recorded message states that this is our 2nd and final notice (I wish) then a person comes on. They say they are " credit card services".  They have told my husband to " [***] off" and have hung up on us when we ask questions. When I did get through to a supervisor I asked him to remove our number from their call list, he said he would but that never happened. This is not a trustworthy business, stay far far away!

      Oh yes, the "final notice" calls!

      Every call is their supposed FINAL offer to me.
      If only it were that simple!

    I just got a call from them. The caller ID said Unknown Caller with no number shown. That alone should show that it a big phishing scam.

    I received a pre-recorded phone call from Credit Card Services today. This is definitely a scam. They first reached me on 201-243-3365 and when I hung up they called me back several times on 586-231-3659. He asked me why I hung up on him and I told him that he wasn't giving me any information about the company and he was being rude. Then he got mad at me, called me rude, and hung up on me! Haha, pretty crazy.

    I too, have been told to go 'F' myself after questioning a guy from Auburn, Washington. I now, when time allows, do and say anything I desire. The ppl behind this scam, should be hung by their particular body parts, electrocuted, de-nailed slowly, buried alive with fire ants...........

    I used to work for one of the companies that solicits these calls. After listening to some Youtube videos I am pretty sure that the one I worked for is the lead company as they get calls from all over the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). The way it works is a robot dials your number, regardless if you are on the Federal Do Not Call List or not. I'm not sure how the automated call robot gets your number, but I'm pretty sure it's from the phone companies themselves. It is not illegal for them to share your number and this company pays them so why not? They offer to negotiate with your lender to get your interest rates lowered on your behalf which is a lie. They charge a service fee on a credit card and tell you that this fee will become dissolved after the interest rate reduction. Those that are unfortunate enough to fall for this BS give their credit card info so that the "agent" can "check to see that it is in good standing". In reality they call your bank, pretend to be you, and hear the credit line available so they can judge how much to charge. This person's job is done and then they patch you through to another person to get you to say over a recording that you agree to let them charge your card. At this point, what they do is legal because they have recorded permission to dock the card. The end result is that the victim loses anywhere from $500 to $1000 and their interest rates remain unchanged. These people are told not to release the company's location or actual phone number. The reason that I am commenting is to leak the company information so that the thousands of angry people like yourselves can take it and run with it. These people are ruthless, will curse at you, laugh at you for actually having debt, then scam you under the premise that they are helping you. I was one of the managers there on the call floor and believe me when I tell you that these people don't give a damn. They are getting paid good money after robbing vulnerable people. The company operates under the LLC "Leading Edge Financial Services" and the address is 498 Lake Destiny Dr S, Orlando, FL 32810. A search of this address returns an insurance company but their operation is run out of a side door of that building. When you search Leading Edge Financial you won't get a physical address. Report them as best you can if you wish.

    Just got the call in discussion here -- can't call them back -- rings a fast busy signal -- just keep on reporting them to the National Do Not Call Registry  - Complaints.  Maybe with enough complaints they will at least lose the ability to use this number

    I just got the call and told them that I don't have any Credit Cards. And when i tried to tell them to stop calling me they hung up, I have kept a record of there calls and now I plan on calling the States Attorney General to file a complaint against them. They can get a nice big fine as to about  or up to $10.000 for their calling me as they are.

    They used the number 601-400-9074. This is not the only number they use. How can this be stopped? I would really like to know.

    Received multiple calls from CC services. 616  613 2228.  I asked how they have my CC numbers and account balances and how they will guarantee that I will receive a lower rate. They said that after I "qualify" then they will work on a lower rate. I indicated that they will never get me to give them my CC numbers over the phone. I was given several F bombs as an answer. When I ask if I can record the conversation, they say that it is illegal for me to do so.

      Some loser actually told you, that you cant record them?  Ridicule and humiliate them on youtube! They really hate that!
      Anyway, after about three months of silence from the chs telemarketing criminals, we get an old (first recorded in about 2010) Non-”Rachel” cardholder services shill robo;

      “This is a very important message about your current credit card account. This is your second, and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate, and payments. Press one now to find out the terms, conditions, and associated changes, before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press one now to take advantage of this today.”

      And, If the idiot “live operator” at the other end of the phone is paying attention- you were recorded, and documented committing credit card laundering fraud!

    I have received calls like this from several numbers with the same "scam." When I told them I didn't have any cards they just hung up. When I've told them I was on the "do not call list, they just said, "so" and hung up! I have pressed 2 to be taken off the call list without any relief. Today when they called I told the girl, I have talked with you all and told you I am not interested,I don't have any cards, don't call me anymore and I am going to turn you over to the attorney generals office in my state. I asked for her name and she gave me a fake name, company name of Credit Card Services and the 1-800-666-1800 number she gave me  when I wanted a number to give to the attorney general's office is a sex hot line when I called it back.! I Googled them and in some states a few of the "gang" has been caught and prosecuted. I am going to give this information to the local TV stations to see if they can broadcast it as a warning.

    They have been calling me twice  day for months. About a month ago I screamed at a female Rep and told her to get me off her list. She said "for screaming, I'm going to call you every [***] day."
