Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    please look into the mobily internet signal in sulay area, riyadh, it really slow 54mbs but doesn't seems to be more than 10mbs, please do look into this matter, thank you!

    The Mercedes competition is fraud. By sending SMS,u are helping them to finance the cost of the Mercedes for Saudis. Only Saudis can win. They based it only on draws so that they will be able to fraud. Stop sending SMS bcos it's not based on high scores. If you examine the list of winner, you will see that some dates were omitted. Also, the dates are not in the right sequence. The are pure evidence of fraud. And remember, this is Saudi Arabia, you can't take anyone to court.

    i got 60 minutes more time when charging 30 SR card. but after finished my balance i didn't get this 60 minute - also this offer is only for three days after three days this 60 minutes will removed.
    i am trying to call mobily customer care, but this service they are using to promote new "Bundles".

    better use mobily no. to receive calls only - because alreadty you have given to many peoples as your contact No. and slowly it can deleted from your contact list.
