Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    We are all the victim of mobily robbery, they are looting the poor people, they are looting their innocent poor customers and earning thousands of billions Riyals, becaus whenever I am refill my account with S.R.10/ always deducting S.R. 5/- I have been complaint many times, still this deduction is going on, so everybody has this problem, I am starting business with mobily since more than 7 years, like me millions of people suffering from them, so please avoid them, now I decided to avoid mobily chip and I will discourage the people those who is going to subscribe the mobily, because mobily does not respecting anymore their customers, they are just giving cheating [***] offers and cheating poor customers in many ways, and they are enjoying with our money, believe me they never remain many more time with this cheating business

    i get same problem my mobily no is 0562112319 dily didect66 hala and another messege 5 riyal then i call to customer service no body answer my call pls stop this problem i always used mobily and i hope the mobily is better then another mobile company

    pls stop the bledy [***] internet Y MAX service.you are cheatig public, we will complient to court against your service.because useless device sale through private shop. per day frequently internet working 3 to 5 hour. we will contributed 5 members,purchase this modem.but not working properly.so really feel regret. so please take positive favorite action for public.(our location makkah road near hiway saudibinladin compound)

    im faceing problem every week there is a message come to my mobile last call charge.sr 5 please try to help me and stop this cutting.now i am not rechargeing for this reson I can not call always to my country.if it is going on sorry to say have to use another operator.thanks for under stand.my mobily no is 0567538518.please try to cancel what ever service is it.

    لقد اشتريت شريحة مسبقةالدفع  باسم  حلا بلس من احد فروعكم . اسم جميل ... أليس كذلك . لكنها كانت وسيلة لتضليل الزبون . فعندما اشتريتها لم يقل  لي احد في الفرع أن الرصيد الاضافي الذي تعطوه له مدة محددة ثم يتم الغاؤه اذا لم يستعمل في خلال 24 ساعة  وفي كثير من الاحيان تلغون معه ما بقي من الرصيد الاصلي. وحتى اذا اردت ان  استعمل الرصيد كاملا بما فيه البونس فانكم تبدؤون بالخصم من الرصيد الأصلي حتى اذا قارب  الرصيد الاصلي على الانتهاء تأتي رسالة بصوت نشاز ان رصيدك انتهى ويتم فصل المكالمة بالرغم من ان الرصيد الاضافي موجود مما يسبب حرج مع الشخص المطلوب . لقد نصحني اصحابي ان لا اشتري منكم الا انني خالفتهم في  الراي فحصل ما حصل فانتقمت لنفسي حيث اتلفت شريحتكم لاخلص من مشاكلكم . لذا فاني انصح ان يكون الرصيد الاضافي جزء لايتجزأ من الرصيد الاصلي حتى تستردوا ثقة زبائنكم لانكم بدون زبائنكم لا تساوون شيئ انتم وغيركم
