Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    I SAY THAT  YOUR  COMPANY EARNINGS   ARE TOTALLY  ON HARAAM BASED B COZ EVERY  DAY I AM GETTING AUDIO MESSAGES FOR WHICH I DID NOT PASSED ANY REQUEST AND BEING DEDUCTED OF 1SR SINCE ONE  MONTH   I AM TRYING TO CALL U BUT   ACCORDING TO ME I THINK THERE IS NO ANY CUSTOMER CARE AGENT IN U R    COMPANY SO I REQUEST YOU TO CANCEL THAT SERVICE AND REVERT MY BALANCE TO ME

    4 SR has been deducted 2 times unneccesarily. I want this balance to be refunded.

    i take this card for net @ 2d month why cant open @ come terminated connection can i get any suuggesion from mobily network?

    if you're not happy with mobily network service, the more you will be mad with sawa network service.

    since six month to this problem no body take action four five 15 and 10 8  less my amount without any doing.i filled sleep and i wake up i see the massage last call is 15 riyal less  many many days without calling any one massage is coming your last call is 80 halala less my amount some time one riyal. many time incoming call is came i see number who is this number two three taime ringing i not answer call and i not touch any button massage is came last call 90 halala is less my amount and this time i watching tv i heart massage sound believe me i see the massage last call is 3 riyal less my amount haram haram this riyal

    MOBILY IS GARBAGE AND IS A JOKE, DO NOT USE THEM.  THEY WILL NOT LET ME PAY ONLINE TO RECHARGE MY PRE-PAID INTERNET, THEIR CALL CENTER NUMBER HASNT ANSWERED FOR HOURS, I SENT THEM 10+ EMAILS TO EACH DEPARTMENT.

    LUCKILY ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS VPN OVER SSL AND BAM!  FREE INTERNET!  NO MORE QUOTA LANDING PAGE!

    Assalmu alikum,

    I purchased e.phone as offer for Sauid Aramco empolyees in March 2010. My contract was expired in April 2011, follwing payed all fees. I tried to contact mobily customer service via phone for more than two months but with no success. I contacted mobile offices in order to do some chnges but with no success for more than three months. The guys at Ras Tanura mobily office were so cooperative and intersted to help me, but with no success and they recieve a message telling that " contract is still not expired".

    Your help will be apprecited to sort out this outstanding problem.

    Is there any body to help me bcz i activate the package i dnt know what is his name they cut 5 sr when the message come plz is there any solution of this problem bcz i have problem.

    its all ready deducted 5sar from my account.
    but requested caller tone tone is not activated in my mobile.
    also one another tone is hearing..

    Dear Mobily customer service, I would appreciate if you look in to this request, my location is Saudi Aramco Total Refinary Company and population is more then 25 thousand at present, but surprising that you did not provided 3G service in this place, STC has this facility here,I am susing mobily since 2005 thats is the reason i don't want to switch on to STC, if you don't provide there are thousands of your subscribers to change thier connetivity to other service provider. Please think over very seriously, after all it is your business is concern. with regards,

    for the last one month, i am trying to disconnect the paid service of receieving hadhes,because i can't understand,complaining and requesting so many times,but in vain,and regularly mobily com. is cutting money from me.

    Hey! I am using Dilse (Mobily) sim for the past 1.5 years in Saudi Arabia. Now I am facing a problem as I am losing a lot of currency after the arrival of some push messages. Whenever I receive these kind of messages I am losing 10 SR at once. Also its shows some downloadable links. I dont need this application in my sim and kindly help me to stop this service. Daily I am getting this message and losing money. I am so much disturbed with this service. When I tried to contact customer center there is no response.I tried 1100 but nothing good.
