Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

I purchased e.phone as offer for Sauid Aramco empolyees in March 2010. My contract was expired in April 2011, follwing payed all fees. I tried to contact mobily customer service via phone for more than two months but with no success. I contacted mobile offices in order to do some chnges but with no success for more than three months. The guys at Ras Tanura mobily office were so cooperative and intersted to help me, but with no success and they recieve a message telling that " contract is still not expired".
Your help will be apprecited to sort out this outstanding problem.
Is there any body to help me bcz i activate the package i dnt know what is his name they cut 5 sr when the message come plz is there any solution of this problem bcz i have problem.

i try to activate ranan service to my mobile before 4days.
its all ready deducted 5sar from my account.
but requested caller tone tone is not activated in my mobile.
also one another tone is hearing..
