Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

Worst thing is that now it is been five months that i have given my router to them, still they are not respond to me,, i have been to that shop where i gave my internet router, every time he tells me to come after a week, now am fed up of this service,, they are just harassing all the costumers,.,, please help me out .. i need to take serious action against them , and how should i do it ...
