Customer Service did not answer

Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    by far its the most terrible service i have seen in my life. am from london and i have been to different places, but never encountered any such problems. i got blackberry internet services with internet plan on mobily 2 weeks ago. it worked for first 2 days and then started messing about. i tried calling them but no one ever answers the call. i have been calling regularly for 2 weeks now. i would suggest every one to stay away from mobily!

    I bought mobily broadband service with 1MBPS speed(6 month plan), from the very first day the speed was pathetic but i thought it will improve,but it degraded as the time pass, but when i tried to contact customer care there were no one to rectify my problem,then i went to the mobily shop from were i bought the connection, but of no use those person who were attending the customer are illequiped to handle the job, i wounder in the first place how there have been placed as customer representative,those people does'nt care abt our problem.
    After paying nearly 1200 SAR i am getting a speed of 250 kbps not even 1/3 of the speed what was been promise to be offered for tht plan,
    If they continue to do job as these then God can only help these people,then
    the day will come when they will be left with No Customer.

    What is meaning of customer care? This is unexpected from mobily customer care service. I was tried so many times but only hearing one music since long in keep me on hold.. no one answering..

    In my future I never give advice anyone to use mobily SIM

    from 3 day im tring to internet settings and til now io did not get the settings and from 3 day im mentaining 100 riyals in my account but til know i did not get 1gb internt bunddle i have tried by all types of services sms and all they are not answering me and know at last i have dicided to throw my mobily sim and go for sawa best for me they always reponce the custmers good behavior not like mobily representatives GO TO HEL U BASTERDS

    I was using mobily SIM but after a month vication I try to use that SIM now it's saying SIM rejected, what should I do and SIM is in my name.

    Assalamu alaikum , today i transfered 10 SR from another mobily simcard, amount already deducted from the account but to other number didnt transfered yet,i called customer care after long trying i got connected to one of the customer care executive, i explained her the whole story she kept me on hold for more than 20 mins repeatedly she was keeping me on hold saying that she will check..and at last she is said the problem will solved within 24hrs..i dont know wat the [***] is this for 10 riyals i have to wait for f24 hrs....since that time i was trying to connect customer care again but of no use ...i have seen many telecom companies but i didnt see  such [***] kind of service....

    it is the worst service i've ever seen in whole of the world more than 3 one week i am trying to call Customer service and noone is answer I don't have any alternate coz i am using this mobile for my profession also so i can't migrate with other number to whom we can contact to rectify our problem??????? mobily mabnagment please wake up and do some thing b4 you loss customer satisfaction.
