Customer Service did not answer

Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    i didn't found dilse franchise to get the registered sim on my name... i went mobily franchise & they not selling dilse sim directly... but its belong to mobily... any how i bought from some banagali shop.. now i recharded 1000 of time but my Neqthy point never increase from 599... but Neqathy point checking service it still working on dilse sim... *1100#

    dilse coutomer service i still not found yet.. plz some body can help me regarding this...?

    who says mobily customer not answer. today i call and i got through one of representative after one hour.. thank God.

    Dear,really iam tired from mobily.i tried to contact them many times but no answer.how they lazy and careless to answer.i think sawa is better

    I take new mobily sim and I wish to activate 100MB internet package,for that i try several times to Mobily customer care but no replay very bad services.Now i am going to take SAWA bcos no need to call customer care for activation of internet package.

    My 1GB Internet Package expired yesterday. Even though I have enough balance, it has not been renewed automatically as mentioned in the website. Now I am paying per MB rates. I managed to speak to a customer care executive yesterday who assured that it will be renewed automatically but it has not been done yet. Have been trying to contact them the whole morning today but no answer. Is this a plot to make money? Forcing us to use riyals/mb rather than packages.

    Assalam Walakum,  Is there any mobily site to take internet package thru internet same like SAWA. Because I am unable to catch/talk customer service, always busy or recorded music or keeping in hold, I need to activate internet package very soon. (pass this message to Mobily Customer Services) to rectify the problem for all or launge site recharge internet packages benefits for Mobily not for us, we are customer.
