Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

and simply dedecting the balance always..
i have about 8r in my phoe butt it keep saying your blance is low and they keep sending me messange last call charge without i make any call and when i try to call on 1100 never answer jsut keep telling about new promotions
