Customer Service did not answer

Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    I REGARD MOBILIY AS HAVING ONE OF THE WORLDS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DIVISION. SIMPLY INTOLERABLE. I AM GOING TO SAWA which is no better too but have no choice then. I PITY THIS STATE.
    Am trying to reach mobily customer services for the last 45 minutes non-stop but no reply at all.
    MOBILY IS A FLOP. BAN THE COMPANY. Just move on to some other service provider.

    Dear sir,
    Sub: Mobily automatically deducting 10 riyals

    This is to inform you that (My Mobile No.+966566059753 i have been receiving Push Messages giving the link
    (http://193,126,233,67/iac/m3?sti=976&sub=151154575) to download it but it always deducts 10SR. some time 5 riyal
    and it has been happeninig for last twenty days already i have complainet but did not get proper solution. most of time i try customer care didnt respond  if you are not taking an intrest to solve this problem i will try  for another way to legally to solve it , so make it possible to solve it as soon as poosible.

    please deavtivate and refund the money to my  mobily no a/c

    So, i request you to deactivate this Push messages as soon as possible and avoid sending it on my contact no.

    deactivate 1 gb package first by calling 1100 , n after tat package gets deactivated, again activate 1 gb package, problem is solved:)

    I am using mobily phone, i want to reactivate internet package, when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I dont not know what is he problem with mobily customer care service, i am trying arround 2days but no anwser. i wont to activate 100mb internet connection. i have sufficient balance 30 riyal + bonus 30 riyal. my phone number 0546729832, pl help me

    yeah in start mobily was very good like every new company give good services in start but with passage of time going down and down but now mobily international calling is too much expensive they are offering new sim like hala but i am sure it will be further loss if we will change our packages to hala .and mobily customer care is also not good in these days .they are just facilitating only post paid customer but not to the prepaid .zain is far better than mobily for customer caring .

    there is no MOBILY CUSTOMER SERVICE
    it dont exist its just a long song on the helpline
    then it disconnects after 1 hour !

    tried several times till battery died

    - DO NOT BUY MORE CREDIT - find any other company

    for every 2 days my 3 riyals is getting minus ,when i try to call customer care they are not accecpting call,please solve my problem as soon as possilbe

    ok i agree people are not reading agreement and subscribing ok tell me for any problem did mobily customer care responding ,if u dnt have problem use it suck it fcuk it dnt say it again ......useless satisfy customer spoon of mobily....

    I am Mobily Internet user last September 28, i bought new Mobily Modem,
    with Sim card 0548638196.its 1 GB, it was working good since we buy, but since yesterday i cannot open internet, its telling no Internet access,still 1 month(30days) not yet finish,so i need ur help.     My problem is different.i subscribed to postpaid.when i inserted the sim i could not call  anyone but i was recieving.when i went to mobily office they told me that i have called for 200 riyals  and i have to pay 200.i did not even make a single call

    Kindly appoint better people to Customer care,Who really wants job. Actually what is the problem going in mobily customer care, kindly look other customer care kindly improve it. My internet is not working from 3 days, i call'g from 3-4 days to customer care no response.
    To give better service to customer is very difficult, but without customer care you can't be Toper, my number is 0548581935
