They call me at all hours of the day. I am on a maternity leave and they have been calling my office every day. They accuse my coworkers in lying and covering for me because they say that I am on leave.  I tried to talk to them but they are threatening me with police and say  they will take my vehicle.

    All I can say is you guys need to file complaints with FTC & BBB.  I have done so...I received an email the day after from BBB that my complaint had been sent to CPS and that they have 2 weeks to respond.  I do have a supposed "dept manager" calling me now, since Monday (which was the 2 week mark).  Although we have been playing "phone tag" for 3 days now, convenient, right?  Anyway, also document all calls whether you answer or not (note date/time/who you spoke to/details of conversations/phone number called or they called from/extension number).  I've also been saving all the messages they are leaving so if it does come down to having evidence of harrassment, and revealing too much information to others, I have what I need.  Hope this helps, hang in there, and God Bless.

      These people don't let up my goodness they are calling my job my payment isnt 15 days past due even the phone company gives you 30 days is that serious. My former finance company went out of business and sold the loans to cps what a night mare i really need to get out of this loan.

    I have gone through all these problems, threats, calling my work and hanging upon me when we can't resolve the situation, and then calling right back 6 to 7 times. My boss was yelling what the hel*s going on? Rude and crude, yes they are. I don't hate anyone, but I do hate them.  I told them at one point to just come get it.  They said they did not want it, they wanted money, not a partial, but the full ammt.  I lost my job and am now behind 3 months.  I have been paying for 6 years and now the car is worth more than I owe.  How can I sell it?  If I did take it somewhere to sell, would they repo it or call the repo people?  I am in Florida, any ideas? Also, I'm in for the lawsuit.

    You can supply their own transaction numbers for payments, and they still harass coworkers, family, neighbors, etc.  Can't pronouce your name correctly, etc.  Even they don't follow their own word.  Try to work with them will only make things worse.  Try to make an extra payment, and they will arbitrarily change the payment due date (just so they can justify their horrendous behaviour).  Don't tell them your income schedule, or give them access to your banking accounts.  They will drain you dry!

    I've been dealing with them about a year now.  I got a loan with them back in 2006 had to have emergency surgery in 2008 lost my job while out on bed rest and contacted CPS to inform them of this but they didn't care.  I got so tired of them calling me asking me in a nasty and insulting way "when will I send them a payment" so I told them to come and pick up the car.  They did, sold the car so they say.  Now they continue to call and harrass me about paying the balance owed. I received a call on today, the guy was so nasty didn't give me a chance to comment.  After that I called and talked to a supervisor explained to her about the phone call I received but all she could say is "I understand your frustration, but that's not going to stop the phone calls" that's it. I pray that these people stop getting over on GOD's people.  LET ME IN ON THE LAWSUIT, PLEASE!!!

    I have had nothing but problems with this company from the start.they went as far as calling my neighbors, sending tow trucks to my house talking to friends.this is bull----.
    Why cant anything be done to this company???????. With all of these complaints, time after time after time and no one is doing anything but giving CPS the right to continue with this treatment, what can be done?

    If you want to get fired up just deal with this so called company CPS.
    Very nasty people like Tony, Teresa, Quien these are just a few, remember to keep track of the names they give you and the date and time. These people are all losers they couldn't get a good job so they take the lowest job on the scale, no one else will hire them. Sick no one can seem to do anything about this yet''''

    So who is doing anything about this company? No one. The BBB isn't doing anything, and I don't see anything. Why fill out any type of paperwork when no one is doing anything?

    I have been dealing with these people for 2 years the very last time I spoke with someone in their "legal" department she had me so freakin mad I told her to come pick up the car and I hung up. I have been laid off for a little over a year and a half now and they will not work with me to change my due date to the end of the month. I collect unemployment and she told me the only way I could do that was if I made 3 payments in a row??? Ummm Im on unemployment? I dont get that much money....so basically they just spit in my face and told me to F off! that would have been better! This company is horrible!     Have they tried taking you to court to collect the money that is remaining on the repo? I am seriously considering doing the same thing you did and letting my car go. I am overpaying for it and unemployed. I have taken my car into the shop before for work and they tell me that it has been in an accident. I just want to get rid of the freakin car! and buy one outright!

    Ok... so I too am sick of this company. No one is perfect in these economic times. My issue is that I'm just over 30 days late... Planning on catching it up this week with a dbl payment.... until I get a text from my mother stating that "Cps (monica)called about ur car its up for reposession". Guess what I work for a buyhere payhere car lot and I know the laws on collections. This company has crossed the line with me.... it is against the law to discuss your information with anyone that is not on the loan. My mother is not on my loan. So tomorrow morning I am contacting my attorney and attempting to file a lawsuit against them. See you in court CPS!!!!

    I will harass them as much as they harass us I will call ED at 1800 817 0263 X6466 everyday and call him what liar and scumbag he is if anyone wants to join in the fun thats his x since no one will do anything about it why not have some fun with those scumbags

    I would like to get in on this as well.  These people are horrible and althouogh I have given them alternate numbers they still continue to call my job and divulge information to my co-workers and my boss.  The are horrendous and need to be stopped.  Contact me @ MrsBoone2009@live.com

    The car I have from them I don't want or need. I got it as the result of divorce and again don't want it or need. The car is in my ex husbands name so it has nothing to do with me. I have called, written, spoke to the "nicest" people just trying to get some one to come get it out of my drive way! It has no tag or insurance on it, You think CPS would get the hint and come get the car. I think they enjoy listening to my voice mail message because I am done talking to them!

    I agree, they are nasty and rude mo fo's.  I get the same lady every time, Ms. White and she doesn't hesitate to put me down every chance she gets.  She calls my family, my friends, and my co-workers every month harassing them about my bill and giving them more information than what is legally allowed.  I am currently deployed right now, but when I get back I plan to take legal action.  Anyone in the DE area interested in doing the same, please email me at red_head429@yahoo.com

    for all the people who have been used and abused by this company ... we are going forward with filing a c;[***] action lawsuit if there is enough of you who can account for the things that are said about this company.  So please if anyone wants to join in the class action lawsuit ofor this company (CPS) please send and email to cpsclassactionlawsuit@gmail.com

    It is against the law for them to give any information to a 3rd party. I violates the Federal Privacy Act. If enough people come together you can do a class action lawsuit for this.

    I too am a victim of the harassment from this company.... I was $34.00 short on my Jan. pymnt and the lady (Ms. Edwards) called me saying my account was in recovery for non payment and that my car will be taken. She also was very rude and hunge up on me when I told her that I already mailed out a $160.00 payment and could show proof of that since my bank card was lost. They are very unprofessional
