They call me at all hours of the day. I am on a maternity leave and they have been calling my office every day. They accuse my coworkers in lying and covering for me because they say that I am on leave.  I tried to talk to them but they are threatening me with police and say  they will take my vehicle.

    LYNN AND JOHN EAT A DI** U INCOMPETENT REMEDIAL IDIOTS...u have no clue what people go thru and u both sound and probably even look completely stupid..once again no one asked u to commen about [***] u know nothing about!Who the hell are u to judge???Anyone dealing with CPS please keep me posted on a suit as I am dealing with their illegal practices also..they are ridiculous as are LYNN AND JOHN [***] SUCKERS...and p.s don't come for me unless I send for u!!@LYNN AND JOHN

    You can file an arbitration case against them at their expense.  Read this

    cps wont release my car title even though I have completed  and have my discharge letter from the bankruptcy court they are saying I owe them over $4000. impossible! If this has happened to you would like to hear from you ldthompson1020@yahoo.com

    My car was totaled in 2015. I made 44 payments on it. The insurance payment and the gap insurance payment added up to over the amount if if paid the loan for 58 months
    They surrendered the title to the insurance company the car was sold.
    Now they say I still owe over 2000 on the car in late fees !.then it was 2540.
    I sent a certified letter the Irvine cal. It was return to me not opened.
    They just call and call......
