They call me at all hours of the day. I am on a maternity leave and they have been calling my office every day. They accuse my coworkers in lying and covering for me because they say that I am on leave.  I tried to talk to them but they are threatening me with police and say  they will take my vehicle.

    TO ALL this lawyer is in MI but has allowed me to pass along her information. As well she has suggested that we all report CPS to the State Attorney General.     Excatly. Please see my postings I have listed these sites as well an Attorney in MI who has allowed me to pass on her infor and would love to sink her teeth into this compnay, I have reported them to ALL state attorney general as they are Headquartered in Irvine, CA but have satelitte offices in Illinois, VA and Florida.

    You are correct I BEGGED them for 3 mths after all their threats to come and get the car, I even called local services to have it picked up and informed cps jerks that I would take the car to location, they finally sent someone out get this at 3:30 AM!!!!! Just to be jerks I am sure, anyways I had a 2004 Mustang only 28000 miles with $900 designs put on, they sold the car for only $3000 REALLY!!!??? That was listed for $9500 on Private Retail, can you say "screwed"

    If I had to guess I would say you were an employee of CPS or you have never had to deal with this company. It is seriously like dealing with the Devil himself, except the devil would even probaly be nicer. After turning over my car and still dealing with these idiots I have since purchased and paid off my blazer 4 mths early. So it has NOTHING to do with us, it is the loan shark company that needs to be and will be stopped. IF you are an employee I hope you too lose your job in any lawsuit with CPS. You simply have No IDEA!!!!

    This still does NOT give them the right to operate BELOW the law. Regardless of a situation we are all entitled to respect and not threats, PERIOD!!!!!You have no idea!!!!

    They are being sued to stop them!! I would gladly donate any $ to any charity it has nothing to due about money bit simply getting this company stopped!!!!!

    But that does NOT give ANYONE the right to treat others like [***]!!!! ALL companies have to obide by laws, CPS is no exception to the rule. You are obviously an employee for them so you too can shove it.
