Two months back, I shifted my household items from Bangalore to Chennai thru Agarwal Packers& Movers. As I had many fragile items, I wanted to entrust the job to some reliable people. I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! They initially impressed me with their "manner of talking and packing things" (Anybody will as they carry wooden & plastic boxes to suit their customer's needs!! ) and promised to deliver it on time.
However, it was late night when I received my things, with lots of excuses for delay. And to my shock, most of the crockery and glass panes of my TV trolley were completely broken! And one item had completely gone missing. When contacted, I got the casual reply that I should lodge a complaint and claim for insurance .And that they will search for my lost item.
(As though this is not the first time this is happening and I'm not the first person having such experience!). And unfortunately, that's the fact, I'm not the first person! Now I understand there are so many people like me who had the same bad experience with Agarwal packers. So its my sincere advice to people that DON'T ever go for AGARWAL PACKERS.

My consignment left Bangalore 11 days ago,and still hasnt seen the light of day in Mumbai where it was promised to be delivered in 5 days.
They seem to have spent a lot on commercials with all "political-like" promises to attract new customers, SIMPLY becaue they might not be getting any business from existing customers.
We trusted these packers after going through ads and their website. But these people turned out to be bloody ROGUES !
Even after calling up and complaining about our missing lagguages, no action was taken. They are one of the worst packers. We had a very horrendous experience. They are ROBBERS !
Our experience and recommendation - Highly avoidable.
My consignment (used House hold goods ) was dispatched on 21-06-2015 from Delhi Rohine sector 13 flat 2b through Agarwal packers and movers and now it has been 9 days still my consignment has not reached destination and your staff is not able to track my consignment and not able to provide me valuable feed back .
For a truck to cover 1000 km distance(delhi to srinagar) will take only 3 days , but now it has been 9 days and your staff members are not enough smart to update me current status of my consignment and stating with the reason that the truck driver cell number not working . This seems unprofessional and i pay the money in advance .I experience very bad service and spend alot of money on phone calls , but all in vain .
I request your good self please look into the matter, that will be yours most kindness.

Poor service, I never thought that you people who claims to be the best in shifting would be so ignorant to customer service even your person who packed things were so good that I mistakenly percepted you to be good its all fake, no customer support.

Unfortunately even after doing a lot of research I was not able to save myself from the misery......Check out the video I made of my things (what's remaining of them) after receiving them. Not to mention half of them were never recovered.

Even I had similar experience with Agarwal DRS group. The service is pathetic. They claim to shift good in 10 days. However its been 24 days and no one knows about the whereabouts.
The phone is not being picked and emails being ignored.
Its better to book a local companies rather than through the DRS group.
As I have booked my 2wheeler / household goods with ACM on 3rd August from Dehradun to Aurangabad with committed delivery within 7 to 10 days..
According to schd i have shifted my family from Dehradun & awaited for household goods..
Now last 3days I am tracing my shipment which was expected on yesterday which was committed by APMC at the time of booking.. After 2days chasing finally yesterday my call connected with delivery deportment, As convey by him my consignment is reach upto Delhi Now & Awaited for further connectivity for Aurangabad.
This is very surprising & socking for me that since past 10days my consignment move upto 250Kms. only...??
Road travel from Dehradun to Delhi is only for 6 hrs, Wherever APMC vech have taken 10days to reach upto Delhi..
Now booking officer not responding my calls...
There are not a good sign for APMC..
Very worst n bunddle service by Agrawal.
Today (24th Aug.) I called them 10 times since morning and they are simply not picking up. The lady who normally picks up the phone(Ms. Anju Agarwal) is a liar and last 3 weeks she is giving me all sort of excuses.
After going through this harrowing experience all I can do is to warn others not to be trapped by these cheaters. I don't have much faith in our judiciary system otherwise I would have gone legal to bring this thugs to books. NEVER EVER USE AGRAWAL PACKERS & MOVERS(DRS GROUP).
