Two months back, I shifted my household items from Bangalore to Chennai thru Agarwal Packers& Movers. As I had many fragile items, I wanted to entrust the job to some reliable people. I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! They initially impressed me with their "manner of talking and packing things" (Anybody will as they carry wooden & plastic boxes to suit their customer's needs!! ) and promised to deliver it on time.
However, it was late night when I received my things, with lots of excuses for delay. And to my shock, most of the crockery and glass panes of my TV trolley were completely broken! And one item had completely gone missing. When contacted, I got the casual reply that I should lodge a complaint and claim for insurance .And that they will search for my lost item.
(As though this is not the first time this is happening and I'm not the first person having such experience!). And unfortunately, that's the fact, I'm not the first person! Now I understand there are so many people like me who had the same bad experience with Agarwal packers. So its my sincere advice to people that DON'T ever go for AGARWAL PACKERS.

agarwal packers not be in this industry, better you donate your household goods to some one instead of choosing agarwal packers.

Say no to Agarwal Packers and Movers. They make us to pay insurance premium, they damage the goods and do not compensate the right amount.
Engage this packers at your own risk.
I had a very bad experience with "Agarwal movers and packers". I have booked and paid for transporing my household items in a closed container. They had sent them in an outside open vehicle by paying just Rs.2500 to that vehicle and just to gain huge profits they resort to this. They didn't issue bill to me so when i asked for bill, their executive behave like goondas. They don't treat customers properly once you pay them. Also many of my items get damaged. They charge for insurance and they won't pay premium. So you can't claim insurance also. Now i realise that all these packers and movers are on the same way. I suggest that we should never engage any of these packers and movers whenever we need to move household items. Instead we should hire a truck of suitable size for our luggage and do our own transport. I request and suggest employees community to not engage "Agarwal movers and packers" for relocation purposes.
I tell you real experience , I got Transfer from Delhi to Mumbai in the month of January 2009. They all did the work very professionally and all my House hold goods reached to Mumbai in scheduled time and without any damage.
Really their system is splendid, They are punctual in time, they pack really professionally .Their special designed container are really safe.

I tell you real experience , I got Transfer from Delhi to Hyderabad in the month of Dec. 2008. They all did the work very professionally and all my House hold goods reached to Hyderabad in scheduled time and without Damage.Their special designed container are really safe.

Another time we engaged Sai packer and they did not turn up till 5 hours later, so I cancelled them and engaged somebody else.
Last time I used Vimal packers- they were so bad, they said they would pack in bubble wrap and did not, thereby wasting one whole day. Then they said pay us half money and we'll leave, which I didn't. Next day they came and were very slow. After packing and keeping goods down in the building, their moving truck did not come for 4 hours.
Then they unloaded at the building we were shifting into and refused to bring the sutff upstairs-this was at 2 a.m. in the morning. Finally we went to a nearby police station because we were helpless and they had also threatened us. The police spoke to them and finally they finished at 5.a.m. in the morning. Lot of expensive glassware was broken, my silver Laxmi coin collection disappeared and none of my family members will every forget this horrible and tortured experience with Vimal packers.
The same very bad service is provided by A to Z Packers and Movers.
They also take huge amount and tell that the same goods will be handed over to you by A to Z Group.
The horrible experience is that some other transporter came to deliver the household goods in damaged condition saying that the previous transporter is responsible for that, tv not working sofa and dining table in 5 pieces, double beds damaged, TV trolley broken, steel almirah dents and scratches and some of the items missing from the boxes like rashan/ clothes/small electronic items/toys of my child.
When I contacted transporter he says that everything was fine from there end and he is not responsible.
For car also same thing happened. Some other company guy told me that your car has arrived and come to collect it personally, although the A&Z Packers has told me that car will come to your house and we have included the charges for that.
Whole petrol was stolen and some soft toys kept in the car were stolen along with some interiors.
Insurance company surveyor also wants huge amount for survey. They ask Rs 4000 for survey only.
After survey also it is not sure that you will get the money from the insurance company.
Do not know what to do now.
But please do not go with A to Z Packers and Movers as they have a bad service which I have faced while moving from Delhi to Hyderabad.
Agrawal packers ,the worst packers.
employees are not cooperative & are very very careless
REALLY BAD EXPERIANCE............WILL NEVER PREFER IN FUTURE...........
