Two months back, I shifted my household items from Bangalore to Chennai thru Agarwal Packers& Movers. As I had many fragile items, I wanted to entrust the job to some reliable people. I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! They initially impressed me with their "manner of talking and packing things" (Anybody will as they carry wooden & plastic boxes to suit their customer's needs!! ) and promised to deliver it on time.

However, it was late night when I received my things, with lots of excuses for delay. And to my shock, most of the crockery and glass panes of my TV trolley were completely broken! And one item had completely gone missing. When contacted, I got the casual reply that I should lodge a complaint and claim for insurance .And that they will search for my lost item.

(As though this is not the first time this is happening and I'm not the first person having such experience!). And unfortunately, that's the fact, I'm not the first person! Now I understand there are so many people like me who had the same bad experience with Agarwal packers. So its my sincere advice to people that DON'T ever go for AGARWAL PACKERS.

    Dear All,

    Recently i have shifted my household iteams from chennai to gulbarga by Agarwal packers & movers on dated 04.06.09 while transporting my most of iteams were got damaged after calling several times no body is giving response
    My humble requesting you to don't go for DRS.

    TRANSWORLD packers&movers are the best. i have moved my stuff on 27/4/09 from bangalore to delhi. they are professionals. my advice " go with them"

               who had adviced to you to take services from agarwal packers.
    every body know that he is a big cheater.agarwal packers dosent pay service tax that everybody know

    I am also one of the victim like you all.  TheY take money but service is horrible. God will not save Agarwal the cheter the sucker of blood. They will die in starvation in desert. I am telling all this from my heart. My all favourite belongings have been damaged by the illeterate bustard, during recent movemnt from Ahmedabad to Kolkata and I have not got the opportunity to spit on their faces. DO NOT GO FOR AGARWAL PACKERS THEY ARE DOG THEY CAN BITE YOU.

      same thing happens to me. You cant imagine they have taken all my material whom I complain and how I fight even some of them gundas. beware of movers and packer. give yours materials to friends but dont send through any mover and packers.only awareness save us.

    I will tell my experience it was very good.

    Myself, Sunil wanted to shift my household goods from Pune to Mumbai. After lot of inquire with friends, relatives and also visited sites pertaining to various Home Packers & Movers , I finally came toknow the about the service/quality provided by Agarwal Packers & Movers and also level of satisfaction & reliability provided by them which one is looking while shifting his valuable household goods. On basis of this I finally decided to move by goods through Agarwal Packers &Movers.

    I would also like to share the process which fascinated me.

    I called on Toll free No. 60604141 for enquireWith warm welcome by their executive & after hearing my requirement he noted my address & contact no. & promise to visit my location within 24 hours.Within 24 hours Agarwal packer & mover executive visited my residence , survey my household goods , explain about the quality of packing (especially crockery & delicate goods ), time required , & type of vehicle required for transportation & delivery schedule immediate provided me the quotation . Apart from this he also explains me about the process at destination location..

    Ulimately packing was done in a professional manner and goods reached to my home in safe and sound position.

    I really appreciate the way they pack the things it was over all very professional.

    Thanks Agarwal Packers & Movers in keeping my expectation & trust intact.

      Disagree totally.....though initially before they are finalised, they are very polite, courteous and punctual, they are actually extremely unprofessional and non customer centric as soon as u finalise them and pay them. Or maybe their quality has deteriorated over the years....now they are too big for their boots, and feel that they can take their customer for granted! "WORST SERVICE EVER FROM AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS(regd in Delhi, Pitampura)." Tagline of "tension free shifting should be changed to free tension while shifting!"

    I used best movers and packers to relocate from Pune to ghaziabad. Most of the boxes came in opened state, wooden furniture was broken, still waiting for more than 10 items. Its already 2 weeks and no delivery. The staff is very impolite. No sesne to talk to customers, very rude and if you call them and ask for why the shipment is in bad state, they switch off the phones.
    I will never ever suggest anyone to use their service. Better to load your stuff in hired truck and ride with it but NEVER use Best (Worst) movers and packers.

      Guys I have gone through the posts,. The question is whom do you trust? whom do you finally take / select for relocating? Google 'packers and movers' and you are flooded with so many names in the market. And none of them has got an out and out unblemishedly favourable review. All mixed. Some of the users have had a bad experience and some others statedly good. This applies for all the packers and movers. I am yet to see any packer for whom majority of the reviews are favourable say more than 60-70%. Logically, accidents will happen and some of the men they outsource will misbehave and there will be certain amount of bad feedback. But the customers are left helpless and there is no regulator or enforcement agency to help the customers

    Associated packers and movers are the worst in india.They charge mioney more than agrawal or any other claiming their " 5 layer packing and bla bla bla" and then they will bring all your goods damaged or stolen and they will never give insurance claim.But I will certainly teach them a lesson.Abhishek sharma and his father in pune are the worst liars I have seen in my life.

    Hi my name is sushil i moved my hosehold items on 1 january from bangalore to delhi and i used CARAVAN PACKERS AND MOVERS THIS WAS THE WORST decision I EVER took in my life i paid them 40000 rs for the single vehicle and when i got my goods in delhi that too on 11 th of january was suppose to get it on 8 th of january my bike karizma was completely in damage condition and at the time i loaded it in a diffrent vehicle and the delivery time my goods were in a diffrent vehicle ... these people are nothing but a piece of [***] ... i am soo much dissapponted with them at the begining when they took the goods from me they were nice to me ... i donno how they can cheat customers i am filing a complaint against then in consumer court

    Times Packers & Movers is the worst packer and movers i have experinced they gave a quote of 20000 for a dedicated vehicle for moving to mumbai from bangalore i agreed for that on the date of moving i kept on calling them but no one turned up till 6 at evening finally i had to call Arya Packers and thankfull to their servive who charged me 24000 i had to call them at 6:30 and i got the vehicle at 8 their packing was really good every item of mine carefully packed by 12 and then the times packers guys calls me up and say at 9 o clock he can do it for 22000 where he had given me a rate of 20000 but i had already selected arya guys .. my good were deliverd before i reached mumbai by car ... dont ever choosed times packers and movers ...they are good for nothing at the final minute you ll be no where
