Catnapper Furniture is Jackson Furniture out of TN.  They are marketed on several online sites.  I oredered mine from livingincomfort.com.  They are also complicit in this complaint.  They may even be in the scamming business together.  I ordered the sofa On Feb 10th of this year and promised a 3 week delivery.  It took almost 8.  I have had the item LESS THAN 2 MONTHS!  The 2 recliner ends are slumping and sagging toward the middle of the sofa, the padding on the footrests is non-exsistant and the bare plank board digs into your calves (esp the sharp corner).  The upholstry on the pull-down middle (cup-holders, etc) is coming apart and the staples are exposed and has pricked us several times, so that we can't use it anymore, but it is hard to put back up the whole way because of the slumping recliners!  LESS THAN 2 MONTHS OLD! I called both Living In Comfort and the manufacturer (Jackson Furniture).  I am supossed to have a blanket 3 year warranty on most of the sofa and a life time on other parts.  You guessed it - no one is going to honor it.  The manufacturer says it it Living In Comfort's problem and Living says it falls under the manufacturer warranty.  What a scam.  Living does not even have a phone number to call them and they don't answer emails.  Do not buy anything from Living and dan't buy a catnapper product from any source.  Be warned!!!

      sorry replies to ken
PLEASE do yourself a big favor & run from catcrapper. We made a $1900 + mistake with said product. Have had the 2 pcs. less than 2yrs. & have had nothing but headaches ever since. The dealer will act all proper & such when discussing/ asking about the warranty . However, if you do have a problem the dealer will point & say it is the manufacture. On the other hand, the manufacture will point & say it is on the dealer / store where purchase was made. The last straw for me was earlier today the motor went out on the couch. This is problem #4 The material is of poor quality , the cushions roll towards the middle of couch. Had that so called fixed 2 times , didnt work .They also sold me a older model than I was told. TOTAL RIP OFF. !!!!!!! P.S. Read the so- called warranty , it is not worth the ink it was written with. Also, alot of double talk. YOURS  TRULY,riped off ex consumer.  I will be in touch with the C.P.A., S.A.G.O.,lawyers, the media , etc.

I don't love my Cat Napper furniture! I hate it! It's cheaply made, over priced and furniture stores who sell it (Badcock) lie to your face about it! Salesman told me my $2600.00 Couch, Lovesest and Recliner are Leather, NOT! There are places on this furniture that are plastic made to look like Leather! It's ripped, worn & cracked! Not even two years old and it looks awful! And I bought a warranty, that co. told me the worn, cracked areas are from normal wear. I was ripped off!

Bought my catnapper "so called leather" set in November of 2011.  It is already "peeling" and looks awful.  Have reported it to the furniture store but have heard nothing back.  The sofa cushions are flat and the loveseat is falling apart.  Very poor quality and I would suggest not buying catnapper.

    SORRY
I WOULD NOT BUY ANY TYPE OF CAT NAPPER PERIOD. IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE RIDE DOWN THE STREET &TOSS IT OUT THE WINDOW, YOU WILL GET A BETTER FEELING & WONT BE LIED TO OR GIVING THE RUN AROUND. MUCH LESS STRESS & IF YOU DO BUY CAT NAPPER , FIRST INVEST IN HEADACHE MED. STOCK. ..... THIS WAY YOU MAY RECOUP SOME OF YOUR MONEY WAISTED ON C. N.

I purchased a sectional last March. They screwed up the order three times and we did not receive it until the end of July. we should have not taken possession of the sectional but we had already paid for it and thought it to be a good product. First, the stitching is starting to let go, and let me tell you, this sectional is not comfortable whatsoever, you have to recline so you don't have neck issues, and then you can watch the damn ceiling! Now today, the first of our D-handle's broke when I tried to recline. this was a complete waste of money!!

We purchased a leather dual reclining sofa from Haynes Furniture store in Richmond, Va.  on 3/2/11. Wehave called them several times because the leather is torn at the seams at the top of the sofa and it is coming down the side of the sofa.. We purchased a warranty, but we were told that this issue is from the manufacturer and they will have to take care of this problem. We paid $ 1000 for this sofa and it should last for a long time. Please send someone to take care of this problem. You can give me your number.

Brought a catnapper chair and recliner less than 9 months ago. The couch is falling apart and the color is coming off the leather.  Tried to have fixed by Kaplan furniture.  Leather seams ripped and had to be replaced.  What was replaced is also falling apart.  Kaplan would do nothing for us, neither would Catnapper.  Worst furniture I ever had. Not even paid for and looks terrible. Thanks alot capnapper and Kaplan.  Good thing you are going out of business.

We bought the bonded leather also.  It is peeling, the padding is pitiful, and it is less then two years old.  I hope yours works out for you!

Wow, then there is hope!!  I just dropped $2800 for a new super sectional, Catnapper Grandover.  I am hoping since it is just me most of the time that I will have it for years without issue.  If not, I'm hoping the furniture store I bought it from will take care of me.  They have an excellent reputation.

I hope it works out for you too, but I would not count on it.  We only have two adults in our household and ours is literally falling apart in less than two years.

I have the Catnapper couch, love seat and over sized chair. They all recline with the foot rest. Within the first few months 2 pull cords broke. Then not long after that the other 2 broke. They were all replaced by the store because it was still under it's 1 year  warranty. Then right after the warranty went out the recliners "guts" fell out from under it and the chair is EXTREMELY crooked and unusable. So now I have a $500.00 chair that can't be repaired without costing me about $150.00. Oh, by the way I just had YET ANOTHER pull cord break a few days ago!! Now that the warranty is out they are $25.00 each!!!! (for a PLASTIC HANDLE WITH A WIRE attached to it!! You pay outrageous prices for it to break in a year or less then they charge you an arm and a leg to repair it!!! DON"T BUY CATNAPPER !!!!!!

I purchased a catnapper sectional sofa for $2000.00 and it hasn't lasted 6 months. They say they have Foam cushions but don't say they have cheap fiberfill in the back cushions. After 4 months of normal wear they were pulling away from the sofa back to which they are attached and by 6 months they are completely deflated and lumpy and ugly. This was a housewarming gift to my son. What a terrible disappointment and disaster.  I wouldn't recommend catnapper to my worst enemy.
