Catnapper Furniture is Jackson Furniture out of TN.  They are marketed on several online sites.  I oredered mine from livingincomfort.com.  They are also complicit in this complaint.  They may even be in the scamming business together.  I ordered the sofa On Feb 10th of this year and promised a 3 week delivery.  It took almost 8.  I have had the item LESS THAN 2 MONTHS!  The 2 recliner ends are slumping and sagging toward the middle of the sofa, the padding on the footrests is non-exsistant and the bare plank board digs into your calves (esp the sharp corner).  The upholstry on the pull-down middle (cup-holders, etc) is coming apart and the staples are exposed and has pricked us several times, so that we can't use it anymore, but it is hard to put back up the whole way because of the slumping recliners!  LESS THAN 2 MONTHS OLD! I called both Living In Comfort and the manufacturer (Jackson Furniture).  I am supossed to have a blanket 3 year warranty on most of the sofa and a life time on other parts.  You guessed it - no one is going to honor it.  The manufacturer says it it Living In Comfort's problem and Living says it falls under the manufacturer warranty.  What a scam.  Living does not even have a phone number to call them and they don't answer emails.  Do not buy anything from Living and dan't buy a catnapper product from any source.  Be warned!!!

    where can i get it fixed, one side comes up, the other side wont, i have tried to phone the company which is in the usa, cant get anywhere help.

    Jackson manufacturing co.  does poor quality work. do not purchase a Catnapper or any other product they make, you will be sorry.  no help from the company.

    Ipurchased a catnapper power reclining sofa in april 2015. When it was delivered  the recliners would not work. I sent it back the same day . another sofa was delivered about two weeks later. Upon inspecting it I found the right cushion section was not lined correctly,it was sewen lop sided, the frame the cushion was on was also out of line. I sent this one back also the same day . About two weeks later a third sof arrived. Since this time the stiching in the middle cushion cane loose. The cushion cover was replaced. Now the dye has began coming off,the right seat cushion has been to sag and the springs under the cushion can be felt . I concur with all of the above. this sofa is junk.

    i do see a real dif in comfort in most brands,, before we bought we sat on them all at many stores, and don't look at the price tag first,, after many trips and being very patient, we kept coming back to the cat-napper, i cant believe how uncomfortable the so called best brands were,, we bought the impulse 124, set from cat-napper,, bottom line-------- if you want a very compy set, at a fair price its it.. now i did see the comment about the cushion sag,,  because of the way the coil and jell box is made,, you dooooooooooo have to set in the middle.. da, you should anyway,,, i lv my set, and i should say, we did by broyhill, first, ant they let me exchange,, the cat, blindfolded was my first choice, and i did not listen, rambling;;;;;;;  good luck all'

    Purchased a lift chair from Turks furniture in joliet illinois. With in 9 months the motor was messed up and needed replacing, now 1.5 yrs I had it lying back and when I went to go forward it just stopped. Called Turk furniture told us to call manufacturer, I did they gave me the run around and ended up telling me to call a local company to see if they can fix!  My god I paid a lot of money for this lift chair, I'm 77 years old and can't get out of chair on my own. This is horrible quality and no one stands by there product!  Just because I'm a senior doesn't mean I should get screwed over and no help from the store I bought from or the manufacturer! !!   Very Dissappointed

    Me and my wife bought our  Catnapper sectional from Alaskys Furniture store , paid $2100.00 for it. We are the only ones in the household. Within the first 2 months it started to break. One pull lever after another , both ended up getting replaced twice and both are broke right now. We have only had it for three years. It is without a doubt the poorest made furniture I have ever seen for the money you pay. Does this company have any plans to help we the consumers out at all. I think everyone should get at least half their money back.

    Bought a 3 piece reclining catnapper living room suit from Farmers Furniture less than 3 years ago.After about a year & half,the sofa started peeling.It now looks like a piece of crap!Very disappointed in this furniture!Worst furniture I have ever purchased.I would not recommend it to anyone!

    I purchased a Catnapper living room suite it was guaranteed 1 year. Had to have foam replaced in couch and love seat. About the time the warranty expired the bonded leather started peeling. It looks terrible the floor is always covered in flakes from arms and back. Will never buy another Catnapper!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    we had have had in our 50 years both lazy boy and catnapper they both were excellent maybe it is the way they are being treated. Just saying!!

    bought catnapper  leather sectional they are shredding they are peeling all over bought  some throw covers can not afford another two thousand dollars they should not sell furniture like these and fooling the public shame on catnapper furniture

    purchased a nolan 404 catnapper wide reclining sofa on11 24 14 . as of 01 25 17 it has been repaired 3 times. first repair seams on center cushion came loose ,had to have center section replaced, second cushions on right side recliner collapsed,and the dye began to fade,had to replce entire seat cushion and back head rest cover. today 1 25 17 a spring or wire in the right seat has come loose,will eventually poke hole in cushion.
    apparantly this manufacture needs to stiop manufacturing sofas,or get better material,and exp. labor. out 1,266.89

    Bonded leather catnapper extra wide Nolan couch on sale for 699. I was researching and I thank all of you for these post. Doesn't seem to be a good furniture makers for low to mid range prices.  Ashley Furniture  a no no too. You tube it. Sad . We could do better America
