Catnapper Furniture is Jackson Furniture out of TN.  They are marketed on several online sites.  I oredered mine from livingincomfort.com.  They are also complicit in this complaint.  They may even be in the scamming business together.  I ordered the sofa On Feb 10th of this year and promised a 3 week delivery.  It took almost 8.  I have had the item LESS THAN 2 MONTHS!  The 2 recliner ends are slumping and sagging toward the middle of the sofa, the padding on the footrests is non-exsistant and the bare plank board digs into your calves (esp the sharp corner).  The upholstry on the pull-down middle (cup-holders, etc) is coming apart and the staples are exposed and has pricked us several times, so that we can't use it anymore, but it is hard to put back up the whole way because of the slumping recliners!  LESS THAN 2 MONTHS OLD! I called both Living In Comfort and the manufacturer (Jackson Furniture).  I am supossed to have a blanket 3 year warranty on most of the sofa and a life time on other parts.  You guessed it - no one is going to honor it.  The manufacturer says it it Living In Comfort's problem and Living says it falls under the manufacturer warranty.  What a scam.  Living does not even have a phone number to call them and they don't answer emails.  Do not buy anything from Living and dan't buy a catnapper product from any source.  Be warned!!!

Well we looked and had a good price quote from a furniture store on a Catnapper Nolen. We'd decided to get the set next week, but we haven't told that to the dealer. After reading this I think we will keep looking. We have a Lane reclining loveseat and couch now, don't buy their crap either. Thanks for those who have posted and kept us from buying more junk.

My husband purchased me a Catnapper Enterprise for Christmas...within 2 months the material shredded loose on the top of the cushion. DFW Furniture sent a guy to write down repairs, he was very courteous, but said Catnapper is slow at repairs. 3 weeks has passed since and they called me today to inform me that they are having trouble with Catnapper and want me to pick out another living room suite in place of it. I WILL NOT be purchasing a CATNAPPER!!!!!! They don't warranty NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a catnapper recliner. It rocks and reclines, but it also walks, didn;t even pay for that feature. It sets on carpet and it will walk about 12 inches in 1 to 2 days. Depends on how many times I get up and down.  I'm not a young person anymore and its very heavy to have to move it back every 1 to 2 days.Any solutions.

This furniture is great. It will not last if you are overweight! Quit laying around and crying because this or any other furniture will not support your obese body.

You are a jerk.  These people pay good money for quality and get nothing.  Do you work or are you paid by catnapper?

I've had a Catnapper recliner for 6 years and use it every day and it looks brand new. No problems at all. I sat in many brands but none was more comfortable. I would like to buy another recliner in another color but I still love the one I have. The key to making furniture last is to treat it like furniture. It is going to wear with use just like your clothes, vehicles and homes. They will not last for ever

I have a Catnapper sectional with recliners and the bonded leather has bubbled up and is peeling on the entire sectional.  I paid over $2,000 for it and it lasted less than two years.  Catnapper / Jackson Furniture is garbage.  STAY AWAY!!!

We purchased a sofa with recliners and a double recliner . Both are junk. The sofa started peeling at 1 year. The recliner had other issues not long after. Knoxville Wholesale Furniture was contacted just after the one year warranty expired . They contacted Catnapper for us . Catnapper would do nothing for us. We had purchased an extended 5 Yr warranty thru Knoxville Wholesale . It was not worth the paper it written on. We will never purchase Catnapper again. Knoxville Wholesale told us that this was a ( rare case ). Not from what I have read. We will not buy from them again as well for lying to us.

A person would be better suited and happier with cheap bargain store furniture than anything Jackson furniture makes. I recently purchased a reclining sofa set and the center springs are sagging and the back of the furniture needs restuffed. I've had this junk for a month. I paid 1700 for it. I miss the 400 dollar junk it replaced. That cheap furniture was a bargain. It wore like iron, was comfortable, and it was still in good shape after 7 years of steady use. This is why American companies are losing. Junk at a premium is the worst business model ever but it seems to be how all businesses operate in this global economy. Buyer beware. Stay away from Jackson furniture. It is all junk and if your buying junk, my as well be buying cheap junk instead of high dollar junk.
