Catnapper Furniture is Jackson Furniture out of TN.  They are marketed on several online sites.  I oredered mine from livingincomfort.com.  They are also complicit in this complaint.  They may even be in the scamming business together.  I ordered the sofa On Feb 10th of this year and promised a 3 week delivery.  It took almost 8.  I have had the item LESS THAN 2 MONTHS!  The 2 recliner ends are slumping and sagging toward the middle of the sofa, the padding on the footrests is non-exsistant and the bare plank board digs into your calves (esp the sharp corner).  The upholstry on the pull-down middle (cup-holders, etc) is coming apart and the staples are exposed and has pricked us several times, so that we can't use it anymore, but it is hard to put back up the whole way because of the slumping recliners!  LESS THAN 2 MONTHS OLD! I called both Living In Comfort and the manufacturer (Jackson Furniture).  I am supossed to have a blanket 3 year warranty on most of the sofa and a life time on other parts.  You guessed it - no one is going to honor it.  The manufacturer says it it Living In Comfort's problem and Living says it falls under the manufacturer warranty.  What a scam.  Living does not even have a phone number to call them and they don't answer emails.  Do not buy anything from Living and dan't buy a catnapper product from any source.  Be warned!!!

I bought a catnapper rocker recliner and after a 3 months the springs broke so the dealer replaced them then 3 more months went by and the springs broke again. The rocker springs at the bottom of the chair that is. They must be made in China, I won't buy another catnapper as it keeps breaking and it's not even 1 year old. I've had bags of cheetos that last longer than this.

    DO NOT BUY CRAPNAPPER
I bought a leather sofa and loveseat from CRAPnapper 3 years ago. I've had to replace 4 reclining mechanisms... yes I said 4 (broke one today) and that's with gentle use and no kids. The plastic breaks at the same place every time, but they continue to send out the same piece of crap. I'd hoped they would have got in touch with China and re-engineered that little part but they won't. I bought the furniture from the FIG store and they have been great getting me lifetime replacement parts... but it occurred to me that if the mechanism continues to break (one a year) and they can't get me the part that I may soon have a reclining sofa and love seat that doesn't recline.   Based on what I've seen here and online they are failing and their stock if falling.  I guess for us it's too late and just have to deal with this BS.

I bought a new catnapped Catalina sectional and you can’t keep the wedge in the middle in place.we were told there was a bar that went under the wedge that connected it to the couch and love set but now no one will talk to you

I bought a Catnapper power lay-flat recliner July 4, 2018.  It is now Oct.  26,  2018.  It is a source of pain and disappointment.  The recliner I bought supposidly had 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating but it should babe-1☆.   The seat is not filled properly and a third of the seat is no filling on bare frame.  There is a pipe between the seat and the back that has no covering at all.  I have put pillows over the pipe and in the seat.  This chair is made to be slept in and this is the reason I bought it.  Medical issues keep me sleeping in the chair but  these problems were there from the start. I have been using it for only 2 months.  Don't waste yourmonetpy on the Catnapper Owen power recliner.

My recliner is only about 3months old and it reclines to far so you head is lower than your feet. Also there is to much of a gap between the seat and the back, your butt goes into it.  Any suggestions?  I do not see any tension adjustment bolts.  My couch that came with it is great!
