Getting charged by GRC Vita Power

Two months ago I ordered Proactive products and ever since have been receiving these "GRC Vita Power" vitamins that I did not order. Every month $65 is being taken out of my credit account. So I called BOA and got them to put a stop against VitaPower charging me the 33.94 each month. Hopefully that will stop them from charging me. When I called Proactive they gave me this number for VitaPower 888-684-9660. I tried calling but no one answered.

    I've been trying to contract them by e-mail and can't seem to find it. I just want to cancel the charge on my account for good. So,no more money taken from my account.

    same issue, i have emailed and they said they cancelled any future orders and then today another 33.94 came over on my CC, i am now going to cancel my card....i guess what a hassell

    I agreed to the trial offer to try the GRC vita pack for one dollar. I cancelled the Cindy Crawford stuff but my Visa was charged a payment of 33.94 for GRC vita pack. This was NEVER mentioned in the ordering process. I called today to cancel, but will still be charged another 33.94 for the item that has been shipped but I have not received. I think it is Guthy Renker that is at fault.

    Same old thing on my end. Everyone wake up and realize this company is owned by the PO ACTIVE folks!!!!!
    They are all a bunch of SCAMMERS!!!!

    And the vitamins don't even work!! I ordered ProActiv back in December, and got the vitamins for like, 3.94 afterward, all the while not consenting to any kind of long-term thing, except for the ProActiv. I cancelled ProActiv, then cancelled the VitaPower stuff.

    I have no idea how I got stuck with the not-so-nice lady at customer service, but I did. She talked to me like I'm an idiot the entire time. I'm 20 years old in college, trying to pay tuition, and for these charges to put me into overdraft is ridiculous. I'm seriously considering pressing charges.

    I have the IDENTICAL complaint.  I am being charged $33.94 every month without authorization.  I also ordered Proactive products (five months ago!!!) and canceled my membership last month but I still keep getting this charge.
    I called the number you suggested (thank you) and actually got a person who responded.  I told her to stop placing this charge on my credit card and that I had checked on line and that many people had this similar complaint.  I got Customer Service (Santa) and she allegedly canceled this order and I allegedly will not be charged again.  She said that when I became a member of Proactive they offered these vitamins for $1.00 (I don't remember that) and then you automatically join this GRC Vita Power Program and they send you vitamins every month for $33.94 a month. I also got their E-mail address which is GRNVitamins@CTU2.com .  I hope this puts an end to these charges.  Seeing this E-mail was very valuable to me.  Thank you, Donna.

    I recently ordered Sheer Cover Mineral Makeup and was offered this vitamin for a $1.00 charge. Before I recieved anything I was already charged for the vitamins: GRC*VitaPower @ $1.00 & 3.99 s/h. I was fully aware of the vitamin but was under the assumption that it was through Sheer Cover. I called Sheer Cover customer service and they gave me the name of the company and phone number: Vita Clear 888-848-2797. I called that number and spoke with a Brittany. I told her to please cancel whatever account was established, that I did not want the reoccuring charges nor did I want the product since it wasn't through the company I originally ordered from. She pulled up the information, noted my reason for cancelling and told me there would be no further product shipped or billed to me. Hopefully that's the end of it!!!

    Wow, an epidemic!! I'll try the number ASAP. I got the stupid deal for free from PROACTIVE, 'would you like to try these vitamins for free?' I signed up and kept getting charged and getting the vitamins. I don't use them and even cancelled the account. BIGGEST TRASH EVER.

    I think a good class-action attorney should take on this bunch.  I would gladly forgoe any claims I have to see this behavior stopped.

    I too feel completely taken by them.  I called ProActive to cancel my orders for their products and told them I wanted to cancel the Vita Power as well.  They never mentioned that you had to cancel separate.  Odd, I did not have to order separate.  By the time I caught this, the 'money back guarantee' for the first shipment I did not want had expired so I sent back both it and the subsequent shipment.  Today I learned that I my credit was for one box and had their shipping costs backed out of it.  Obviously, the return shipping costs were also my responsibility.

    The rude Customer Service agents are all falling back on, "this is all clearly explained online when you ordered the product".  Given the number of complaints, I have to assume that it is not nearly as clear as they are suggesting.

    Yeah I just got off the phone with them. I went to check my banking statement and I had a charge on there from them. I had ordered proactiv then canceled it. No one EVER told me that I had to call a seperate number to get this crap canceled. I was under the assumption that you cancel one you cancel all. I wasnt too freaking happy. THEN they tell me that I have to send the [***] back wait three to four weeks for them to get it. Once they get it it will be at least another week in half to get my damn refund. BULL S***!

    I had the same thing happen to me.They took my last 45.00 off my card and i had already cancelled the order.So stay away fron THEM.

    I too have a problem with GRC Vita Power.  I order Wenn Hair Care and received the vitamins.  I sent the vitamins back and am still getting 33.94 taken from my checking account.  I have called three times and talked with three different people both at Guthy Renker and GRC to make sure this is cancelled and a credit given.  No results and no one seems to care.  I agree, a class action law suit seems like a good idea.  I'm in!

    I just got charge for something i did not get and i call the number they had in my credit card statement this number does not work because i was transfer to " please call 1800 free 411" to get the right number , now i called and it was some more advertisement for free stuff, I got this vitamins with my Proactive, I cancel my order for proactive and i was never told that i had to stop the vitamins, now i was getting charge 2 months at $33.94 and never got the package and if i don't look at my statement i would of been charged more and more... I spoke with Ronda from vita power and i was told i will get my money back, I hope it happens, I will post the news and 3 to 5 days, and hope that they can keep their promises..

    Similarly, I ordered a product online and did NOT sign for additional monthly products.  I hyave been charged $45.85 a month but just placed a dispute against GRC which is being reported as a cliam of fraud with police.

    I suggest you quit working for them, they are being seriously sued for allegation of fraud.  Look for another job but this time find an honest company.

    I have the same problem. I would like to cancell the subscription of Endless Youth tablets. I called I was given this number 1800 3948565 the name of the company is Youthfull Essence.  I am about to call them now.  Good luck All.  Please post this on this web page for me I do not know how to let others get it. Be assertive and firm when calling this number.

    I just called, they gave me this email address: grn@ecustomerresponse.com.  I am about to try that now.

    Same compliant... I order pro-active for my cousin and cancel it already. I received charges from GRC Vita Power FOR TWO MONTHS. I just called and waited half hours on the phone and the representative stated that she is going to credit the whole balance back in 72 hours... I will wait and see what happens./

    All the complaints above are the same way I feel. I called in August and spoke to a Heidi and she promised me no more charges and now I have two more charges on my card. No product just charges on card
