Getting charged by GRC Vita Power

Two months ago I ordered Proactive products and ever since have been receiving these "GRC Vita Power" vitamins that I did not order. Every month $65 is being taken out of my credit account. So I called BOA and got them to put a stop against VitaPower charging me the 33.94 each month. Hopefully that will stop them from charging me. When I called Proactive they gave me this number for VitaPower 888-684-9660. I tried calling but no one answered.

    *sigh* well, I guess we are in the same boat here. Well. I just called a woman named Shiva today at 888-848-2797, and she's kindly cancelling my order (she confirmed all of my info before she cancelled the orders--so I guess she's really the people from GRC Vita Power), including the one that they actually had charged into my account--but hasn't been shipped yet. I don't know whether this will work, but I'll let you guys know the result asap. Good luck for you as well! *finger crossed*

    I got the same problem as most the people here. Now i dont know if the credit company can ever help with the dispute. That company is really horrilbe.I hope the email you post will work out.thanks

    I dont know what to do now. Does anyone know where we can sue this company? Vita power is really horrible, so is the Proactive solution, they shall not mislead us to take so called free gift.

    This company is a scam. Everyone must be careful when ever giving their credit card over the internet. We are still working on canceling the unmade order.

    i got the vita power vitamins when i ordered some sheer cover products..i cancelled my sheer cover order after the first month but since i wasnt told tht i would have to cancel the vita power order separately, i got charged fr the second month..i then called n cancelled my account n returned the product..but i was charged the next month too..$33.95 in each case..after a few days, i got a refund of $59.90..they charged me $7.98 fr the shipping..i think thts the shipping charge fr two batches when i actually received just one!! i was going to call them n talk to them abt it but now tht i see so many ppl didnt even get the refund, i guess i shud be grateful...n btw, i was responsible fr the return shipping charge too..i think this is a total rip off..

    Ha! Get this. I called to cancel my order of vitamins after realizing I wasnt paying $33+ but twice that amount. I was told by customer service if I liked the vitamins I could keep them for 50% off! I told them that proved how over priced they are in the first place!I said NO THANKS!

    OMG I cant believe how many of us have been cond by these people and it all started off with proactive, and it has been going on for years this is not right and we should do something about it,

    This is still going on , I had cancelled my meaningful beauty acct. in Nov. 2009 & still being chg'd today. I am not happy to say the least.  It's a scam.  They are now supposed to return my call in 24 - 72 hours.  as I was told by Tykesha when I asked to speak with her supervisor!

    I called my credit card and told them these charges were fraudulent...now the credit card company are investigating!!!! hopfully this will help

    I just got off the phone with Jodi & Cindy, floor supervisor @ meaningful beauty, since the vitapower supervisor never returned my call.  She said to email your complaints to grn@ecustomerresponse.com   -  Otherwise nothing else you can do _ it's pathetic poor customer relations  & scam business.

    I don't know this company and I didn't deal with them before !!!
    I surprised they charge my credit card in BOA .. I sent to my bank asking about this an unauthorized transaction ...and I'm waiting for my bank to protect me against that thief company ..

    I called to order the facial product.  Was verbally told for 1.00$ i could try the product and could call and cancel afterwards.  They never mentioned a 33.45$ per month fee!! The representative said it was an "easy" process to call and cancel. Never even mentioned shipping costs! She misrepresented me and i actually never even recieved the pro-active cleansing kit even ! yet was charged for it.  Pro-Active is a nightmare with shipping, extremely dissatisifed with there service and now there little scam on top of that has put me over the top with them.  I think a solid CLASS ACTION suit against Pro-active and this hokey "GRC" product is in order.  Hope noone had to go through what i did.  Its still on-going, but there fine because they have all my money.

    I ordered meaningful beauty products by Cindy Crawford and was offered GRC Vita Power vitamins for $1.00   The products and vitamins came together, however when i called to cancel the beauty products they told me i would have to deal with GRC Vita Power directly.  In the meantime the cost of $33.94 was already charged to my account and they told me i would get a refund less shipping and handling.S C A M !!!!!!!!

    Did not order this product. It came with a product that I already shipped back. Same deal as everyone else listed here. Where is the internet police

    Once again, I ordered ProActiv for my daughter. No one said anything about a free trial. I called the company to cancel and got the run around, until I threatened legal action. Then, somone was nice enought to cancel the order that I never placed. After informing me that it would take 4-6 weeks to process the retunr of the package of vitamins. They also had the nerve to tell me that they would most likely be charging me thew other payment of $33.94 next month and that it would take 4-6 weeks to refund THAT payment as well. I made a HUGE complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We will see if I get my money back. I alerted my credit card company to not make any more payments to this scam company!!!!!

    Thank you for the number and email, I have had the same thing happen and have been put on hold for a very long time and never have gotten through to the company. I emailed, hope that end this problem.  I appreciate you help.

    I am having the same problem. I called Proactive and they gave me a number but when I call the number there is no answer. HELP what can I do????
