As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    I was not as "aware" of the Terms and Conditions of ordering the Nu-Bodi Colon Cure trial offer.  However after reading the T&Cs on the Nu-Bodi wed site it specifically states when and how much my accoutn would be charged if not cxl w/in 14 day trial period.  I phoned in my cancellation request and was put thru to an operator/assistant w/in 15 min and she was nice and cxl'd my recurring order effective immediately. They will also take back the order that is in system for shipment and refund the $89.31 in 45-60 days.

    Just cancel your card. Unfortunately, they make that your only option.

    I also ordered a free trial and received a full bottle of the product the very next day which I did not order. I guess now after also waiting over an hour on the phone to get thru I will prepare to write to my credit card company to dispute any charges that are probably there already.

    the same thing happened  to me i got conected  in 10 min they canceled my account and they gave me my money back the lady was so nice she even send me a free bottle for the trouble.i dont know about u guys but i thought they were awsome . I'M SOOOOOOO LUCKYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!

    THESE FREAKING TERMS ARE ON MYCOLONMD.COM THEY SAID ITS ON TERMS AND THEN ON THE PAGE THAT YOU PUT YOUR CARD INFORMATION DOWN
    THEY GAVE IT TO ME I WANTED TO CHECK THIS WEB PAGE OUT MY LAWYER TOLD ME THAT ITS ALL VALID--- I REALLY THOUGHT THIS WAS A SCAM BUT I GUESS I MISSED IT

    They refused to refund my money wasn't aware of the terms of 14 day order free trial on 3/04/08. They charged my credit card on 3/18/08 for $89.31. They were very rude and not at all helpful. Going to my bank to cancel my card to ensure they never charge me again. Also going to file a dispute with the bank. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH NUBODI!!!!!!!! They are trained scam artists. Ripped off in Idaho!!!!!!!!! COLON CURE, COLON CLEANSE MD, NUBODI, are all part of their internet scam!!!!!Watch your self and your money!!!!!!

    I keep talking to Brian too. He said the money was getting refunded to my bank and is in the "gateway". My bank laughed and said they never heard that term before. He said banks were privately funded and that they were keeping my money! What a jerk! I was on with him for a half hour and he kept saying it was my fault even though I have a ton of documentation at the bank. He finally sent me the notes that nubodi had on me via e-mail. It said I was refunded and I was able to fax that to my bank that they admit to a refund. That is what VISA needs to go after them.

    They sure didn't do me that way.  Just kept saying I agreed to the terms and don't get a refund.  I am out 89.31.

    I see a couple of people got through quickly and had nice people who refunded them their money.  How much you want to bet those people have been fired.  How do they sleep at night when this many of us are hurting from the money they stole from us.  Since when can't you return an item you're not satisfied with?  I'm going to turn this over to the Post Office too.  Should be a federal offense of some sort.

    crooked as the day is long. I can't believe that a company can be so desperatly in need of money that they have to screw us old people that don't read the very very very fine print that says you have to cancel in fourteen days from date of order. This does not even give you time to receive and try the product to know if you want to order more or not.NUBODI is the biggest scam going. Needed the colon cleanse but didn't need the screwing I got. They charged my bank before for the 89.31 before I could get a chance to stop it. BEWARE of this crooked company

    Screwed in Colorado as well.  I can't believe all of this... I am sick with it because I can NOT afford this!!  I signed up for a free trial, and what I recall reading said nothing about charges to my account.  This is fruad... what can we do?

    Well, I just got off the phone (15 plus minute hold time) regarding a free trial of the Colon Cure and I was NOT lucky at all.  On March 4th, 2008, my husband ordered the free trial.  On March 5th we were charged 3.95 for the trial offer. On March 19th it arrived and we were immediately charged $89.31.  When I called today, March 28th, I was informed that since I did not cancel by March 18th, my money would not be refunded.  I think that any company that would put an irreversible charge on your account before you could even try the "free" trial product, is guilty of consumer fraud.  I canceled the account and was told that if I didn't want my husband making charges for products over the internet, I should take away his credit cards.  What a bunch of crap!!  This company is NOT reputable!!

    I have been ripped off sooooo bad. Look under ripoffreport.com and then enter NUBODI or COLONCURE. I was so amased how many people has got ripped off by them, You will feel so stupid you even thought about trying their crap. I wish everyone goodluck on getting their money back. I was told by Nubodi's customer service that I was not getting my money back even if I called the president. I also was called stupid. I guess he was right.

    Add me to the list.  My credit card was also charged 89.31.  Called Nubodi and was on hold for 25 minutes, then they refused to refund my credit card. Spoke to a so-called supervisor, who also was rude and was laughing at all the complaints on the Internet.  Hung up on me when I tried to cancel future shipments. Ended up calling my credit card compnay, am disputing the charge with them, and cancelled my credit card so Nubodi cannot put any future charges on it.
