As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    what is the website, phone number, or federal office you get ahold of to file a complaint or a report for online scams? Is there a 800 for it? Thanks.

    Dumb and Dumber
    After reading all these post, I cant't believe how we all got hooked by this company. I'm sorry I every ordered. I did not read the fine print in their terms and conditions and now they have charged me the $87.31. The problem is if they were a reputable company, I would of had my next shipment within a few days of the 14 day free trial period, that trial period was up in early January and here it is February 18 and still no shipment. Wow how dumb am I.

    I just got robbed too. These guys are running one of the greatest scams i've ever seen. Besides cancelling our cards, what can we do to make sure others don't go through our experiences? Just unbelieveable! I'll be calling their number tomorrow... most likely to get the same response. 866-733-0577

    I wish I had read this site before I too was pulled into this complete BOGUS SCAM Nubodi is pulling.  I have the same exact story...I didn't see the hidden terms and conditions stating that can continue to charge my card after 14 days, I couldn't get through to cancel within the 14 days...now I am in for $95 for the sample bottle they sent me...a product that looks too sketchy to even use!!  What a total crock this is!  I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and and Nevada Consumer Affairs Division to file a complaint.  This is stealing!!  If the product were any good, they wouldn't be reduced to such deceptive procedures to get it out there.

    Did you call 702-486-7555 to file a complaint about Nubodi in Las Vegas?  Who did you speak with?  I'd like to do the same.

    I have fallen victim to a SCAM!!! I can't believe Colon Cure/Nubodi can get away with all the BS they are pulling. They charged my account $89.31 and I can't even get ahold of anyone. Is there any help for this at all?

    My Bank said that the web-site clearly stated I had 14 days to cancel and there are no refunds. How did you get your bank to work with you ?

    I just got through the company and he said that i just needed to send the company the product back, he put the request through to get the refund and stopped all further product. I had ordered jus the free trial of Phentermine and it didn't do anything. I bought green tea fat burners from the grocery store and got better results than that stuff. This company is a scam and I was actually very nice to them. I have been scammed before and it's not fun. I just dont want the stuff. And soon as I make sure that the product got back to the company I will call back about my refund. But that company is a lie. For futher advise, Do Not Order ANYTHING That says FREE TRIL. lol what rats. Pond scum is better than them.

    You may have read my post on February 18, 2008. Well, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada on line. They contacted the company and to my suprise I received a refund in about two - three weeks. I suggest that everyone who has been scammed get in touch either on line or by mail. They are at BBB Serving Southern Nevada, INC., 230 Palomino Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada 89107-4503.

    I also just got a charge for 89.00 dollars on my card and I don't even know what it's all about.  I received a little bottle of colon clense or something like that, and now I have a charge for 89.00 dollars and they're not even the same people?  What is this?

    YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD OR THEY WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH, AND YOU WON'T EVEN GET THE PRODUCT.
    READ THE POSTS BEFORE YOURS AND REPORT THIS TO: Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada on line.

    I also got scammed.  If anyone has any recent info on whether you've gotten your money back or not, please let me know. I don't want to go through the hassel if nothing's going to happen.  What a dirty company.  Also, has anyone been able to cancel at all, or have you all just had to cancel your credit/debit card?  This is so frustrating.  I have till tomorrow to cancel, but since it's Sunday, i know I will be charged.  Also, it seems they have charged me a few days early....They didn't even give me the 14 days to cancel.  And of course I tried calling...got the hang up, got the girl, got the guy.  This is BS!!!!!

    I cancelled my credit/debit card and filed a report in Dec. I never got my money back.  Before I realized what was going on they had taken $196.92. I can't afford this. The first time I sent the product back and expected a refund. But got none. The company was Body pro fit. A month later while I was still waiting for a refund,  I found another company by the name of nubodi had taken $87.31.out of my check card. I never did business with this company. I think it is probably the same company with a different name. Does anybody know? After that second charge to my account I cancelled my check card. I have printed out the consumer complaint form (from above) from Nevada. I am going to fill that out and get that in the mail tomorrow. I hope I get my money back. I will let you know what happens.

    Go cancel you credit card or bank account or whatever you paid them with before they take anymore money from you. I wish I would of known that. Do it tomorrow. I hope its not to late for you.

    I got ripped a new one too. I cancelled my debit card asap-tried to call during the trial period but could not get thru-the way i look at it they did not hold up their end of the deal in not having phone services to accomodate us.

    I have just ordered Nubodi last week and was telling a friend of mine who has forwarded all of your complaints!  I can't believe this and I am going to try and stop the charges bofore they are taken from my account.
    I was all excited, but like you all I am now disappointed.

    DON"T BE SCAMED
    Just like all the above "DO NOT SEND FOR FREE SAMPLE AND PAY ONLY SHIPPING"
    They billed me $89.31 for Colon Cleanse. By ordering the free sample they will tell you that you entered into a contract and will bill you $80-90. I called them and they refused to cancel, my credit card company will get their money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
