As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea. I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived. How could they posibly be that busy?

I also got sucked in by the free trial offer. I placed an order for the free trial tablets then when I read reviews saw that this was not a credible company. I have managed to get through to the company (unfortunately on my mobile) and got a cancellation number - beware the telephone line is terrible and you think they can hear you fine but they spell everything wrong etc.... to try to drag the call out no doubt. I have cancelled my credit card also so fingers crossed they can't catch me out any more than they already have done. Why do these people prey on desperate people - I am desperate to lose weight, have a very low self esteem and feel so gullable at the moment.

I have just called this company regarding my trial of the acai berry samples.
I called at 4.30pm here (UK time) which is about 7.30am USA MST.
The lady I spoke to was very polite and gave me her name and a cancellation number. So hopefully there won't be any more charges on my credit card account.
I do agree though that their T&C's should be displayed a little more clearly.
