As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    Hi just wondering if you ever got charged. I cancelled mine this morning with no probs so far & i am from the uk.

    hi this happened to me too who do i send them back to i want a refund they had no right to take money out of mt account i did not authorise it either

    I live in the UK and ordered Acaiberry but having read detrimental reports about how the company operate, I decided to cancel.  I called 877 350 8480 and got through to a customer adviser quite easily and cancelled my order.  It sounds like I was one of the lucky ones!  I also found an email address for the customer service department and sent them an email confirming that I was cancelling my order.  The email address is customerservice@nubodi.com.  I hope this information is helpful.

    I too live in the UK and ordered the product yesterday but once I read all the detrimental reports on the company I decided to cancel.  I got through to Nubodi today on 001 877 350 8480 and they gave me a cancellation number and I took a note of the adviser's name but I'm going to keep an eye on my bank statement.  I also emailed them at customerservice@nubodi.com to confirm the cancellation again and quoted the cancellation number and the person I had spoken to.  I hope this may be of help to you.

    I also got sucked in by the free trial offer. I placed an order for the free trial tablets then when I read reviews saw that this was not a credible company.  I have managed to get through to the company (unfortunately on my mobile) and got a cancellation number - beware the telephone line is terrible and you think they can hear you fine but they spell everything wrong etc....  to try to drag the call out no doubt.  I have cancelled my credit card also so fingers crossed they can't catch me out any more than they already have done.  Why do these people prey on desperate people - I am desperate to lose weight, have a very low self esteem and feel so gullable at the moment.

    I'm another one from UK!!!   I can confirm that I saw nothing on the web page to indicate that I was authorising a repeat order or any 14-day cancellation period.   In my case, my trial bottle & full month supply were received on the same day - the trial was dispatched (with the note explaining the 14-day cancellation requirement) the day AFTER my account was debited for the full month supply!   I had absolutely no chance!!! Also, I have just learned that my CC has been debited with another unauthorised amount - from a sister company of NuBodi!   My CC company is now dealing with both issues but they say that they are aware of these dodgy companies.

    I too have fallen for this scam, I have written to an address in Texas as I couldn't get through on the phone number they gave, I live in the UK, can you tell me the number you called to cancel with them, when I called the number 877 350 8480 I got a continual tone, is there a dialing code I should be using first. I have sent an email to the address which you gave. I hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks for the e.mail address.  I am from the U.K. and the phone number was the only contact they supplied.  I had tried phoning on a couple of occasions with no response.  It only took one e.mail asking to cancel my subscriptions and they responded favourably straight away.

    hi i to live in uk  and had problem through to cancel the phone no wouldnt get recognised thanks for the phone no I managed to get through and cancel she did give me a cancellation number but forget to get her number but will keep an eye on my statements. thanks so much

    Actually I have the same problem with an order for Acai Berry 500. I live in Australia so you can imagine the hassle and cost of long distance calls. If you get an email address for them would appreciate it. Anybody?

    you are all right these people are just scam artists... they guarenteed me a refund in july then august then september then october, after making me send back one of the bottles... and now they have almost $450 of my money and i never authorized any of it and won't give me back my money....  they are just theives....

    im also  waitin for a refund that was charged to my account which was 89.31 for over 2 months for aci berry product which i returned the company.

    I have just called this company regarding my trial of the acai berry samples.
    I called at 4.30pm here (UK time) which is about 7.30am USA MST.
    The lady I spoke to was very polite and gave me her name and a cancellation number. So hopefully there won't be any more charges on my credit card account.
    I do agree though that their T&C's should be displayed a little more clearly.
    The number I called was 000 877 350 8480

    yep...I have been waiting since 10/31 for a refund thay told me would be there within 14 days..@ least they are keeping records of my many phone calls...I just called again (last week I was told the refund would be here on the 9th) and they gave me the email address...which I am unable to get into???

    Thank you to all who have posted information on this site. I ordered the trial of the Acai Berry and then when I opened the trial package there was a note in there letting me know I had agreed to the terms and conditions. I have doubled checked the webpage I ordered from and no terms and conditions are displayed saying I will be charged or sent anything further. When I tried to call the number from Australia its not connected. No other contact numbers were given. It was by chance I came across this site. I have cancelled my credit card. Hopefully others will read this site too before they get scammed. Thanks to all who have posted comments. Regards and all the best for the future. Angela

    I canceled on November 4th. They gave me a cancellation number and a refund confirmation number. I am still waiting on my refund. I called again today and they read the lines telling me that they would forward my refund request to their corporate headquarters, which is what they told me a month ago when I called again.
