I am a professional working in Malawi , on Friday the 24th of July I was in South Africa. I am a fun of KFC Chicken but I dont think so anymore after the Team Leader (Wilma) at KFC Somerset Mall in Capetown laughted right in our faces for having an accent that is not South African. When I asked about this she just laughed and said she couldn't help laughing at us because we sounded stupid!!! How on earth does one tell a customer that they sound stupid.This kind of service and attitude sucks for a Brand like KFC and they have just lost two loyal customers wont step my foot in a KFC restaurent again. Not that they care.

    I served the net, for a KFC complaint site, but this is all I could get. Is this really their complaint website, cos their logo is not even on it and it's not even necessary to put down your contact details. I think somebody must draw up a petition and let it circulate via e-mails or the net, maybe then only will we get KFC's CEO's attention.

    The TV ad where the little boy asks his father if Mommy has a baby in her bum as well is offensive and crude.   Does this really sell fried chicken.   Nando's run fun and "tongue in cheek" ads perhaps they could help with your campaign.

    KFC Hout bay Wednesday night was kept waiting by Patricia who was clearly having a fat conversation with one of her collegues for about 4 minutes. When she finally asked if she could help was very surly not what i am used to as i have been a loyal customer for many years. When we made our selection and wanted to pay the card machine was not working. The final straw. Will be a cold day in hell before i ever use any kfc countrywide

    Same goes for those milkshakes that they advertise...they always out of stock! rubbish man!!

    You filler meals are an absolute rip-off. One small strip of chicken, smaller than a rounder and you charge R50 for meal. You have just lost a client.

    Guys, don't waste your time going to the new Stormvoël kfc, THEY SUCK!!!!! Yesterday we went to buy some milkshakes there. After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru there was only one person at the window to take order, pay and receive food, not three like it is supposed to be (the other windows where closed). When we finaly got to the front to order they did not have any milkshakes because the machine is broken. They did not think about putting a sign outside saying anything of the sort. THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. STICK YOUR MILKSHAKES WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE YOU BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!!!!!

    I went to KFC in Winklespruit and bought a milo milkshake for R16-90.  I was given half a container and when I queried this I was told that sometimes the machine fills the container and other times it half fills it.  I asked if I could pay half because I only got half and they said no.   i called the manager who said they are always reporting this problem but nobody listens.  I took the shake home and measured it - 190 ml in a 350 ml container - what a rip off.

    WORST EVER KFC TO VISIT IS IN WALVIS BAY NAMIBIA SERVICE TERRIBLE, NO SAUCES MOST OF THE TIME,4 CHIPS WITH THE MEALS COUNTED IT OVER AND OVER THOUGHT WAS HAVING  ADREAM AND IF YOU COMPLAIN JUST GOES ON DEAF EARS,POSSIBLY TAKING ADVANTAGE COZ ITS THE ONLY KFC, NEXT TIME I WALK IN THERE SOMEONE WILL GET SHOT OR HURT.

    I was being served at KFC in longbeach mall and they took forever just for a rounder meal and when I got my burger I had the nice surprise of raw chicken, I am discusted with this and want a comp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    NOT CRAZY FOR KFC
    What has happened to the choice meals one used to get IE: Moms night out etc.
    The current menu on offer sucks. In order to have one item on the menu you
    MUST have one or the other (mash and Gray or coke). In otherwords forcing
    you buy a product you dont actually want. As for boneless chicken what a laugh.I think it should be reworded to say Chickenless. I am really unhappy with KFC at the moment. Only good service we got was at Monte Casino when the Manager gave us full pieces of chicken as he knew boneless was out of the question.

    i had a choice where and what i wanted to have for lunch this morning and following my instincts made a very bad decision for which i have myself to blame i bought a street wise 2 and very dissapointed i opened the box and only counted 7 chips inside sorry KFC but never again money surely wsated.

    My wife and I purchased food from KFC Jakaranda Center today and man was it the lousiest meal I have ever eaten!!  My wife and I each had Colonel  Burgers.  Firstly the piece of Chicken had obviously been in their ovens more than once to be heated up and I'd guess that it was at least a day or two old as the meat was so dry, not even the sauce could help me to get it down my throat!  The buns was also old as they were very brittle and had a smell to them which is noticeable when bread is old!  

    The service was also just about as bland as the food we got!  What is quite precarious and interresting to me is the fact that basically all KFC Franchises today is either owned or has at least a 95% - 5% ratio in favour of BEE candidates??!!!  I thought Apartheid died in 1994, but when it comes to this company it surely is focussing on getting rid of the paler skin segment!!!  

    Please don't put the blame on the Chicken that gave it's life so that our tummies can be filled, I'd say this Franchise needs to take a good look in the mirror and try to figure out why its product is going down the drain!!  

    KFC, my next email, will be to your head office in Kentucky America!!!

    Ek is 'n gereelde klient van kfc nou al vir 35 jaar en vandat die Kolonade tak in Pretoria oopgemaak het koop ons teminste 2 maal per weer maar elke Saterdag middag daar en ek wil net se julle dinks stink nou al vir die afgelope jaar en niks werk ooit nie.  Ek en my man hou van julle melkskommels maar as ek vra vir een was hulle die masjien hou lank wil julle die masjien was en hoe lank wat dit om hom te was mens kan nooit met jou kaart betaal nie en vra jy om die bestuurder te sien is die te besig nee man hoe werk dit wat het van die diens geword dit lyk my julle is nie meet trots op julle werk nie ek is baie ontevrede en verwag dat daar teen hulle opgetree word.  Hoekom moet ek nou 10 km verder ry net omdat julle nie julle werk reg doen nie " word wakker"

    For the second time in three weeks I have been short served at the Wierda Park Kentucky -  The first time I ordered amongst other things a 9 piece thrift and only got 6 pieces.  Yesterday I ordered a 9 piece thrift pack, 2 Honey Mustard Twister Meals (twister, chips and coke) and extra regular chips and a large wedges from the drive-through.  When I got home I did not have the regular chips - this order was R174.20 and I am very disgusted with the service.   One cannot always check your order as there is a queque of cars behind you waiting for service  - WHAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!

    On 2nd Jan 2010 - I decided to treat the family to KFC Sarnia.
    The food was disgusting, overcooked and the drive through staff where extremely unhelpfull.
    Won't be supporting Kentuck very soon!

    Have been to the new KFC in Walker Drive, Port Elizabeth and the service and food sucks.  Only received half the portion of the 6 wings (6 wings cut in half gives you 12 cutlets, for the price i would say).  No stock on mini loafs, chicken oily and no salt tomato suace etc. supplied.  Phoned in to report unhappiness to manager and his reply was, "I have a problem with my staff." So don't we qualify for discount if your problematic staff stuff up your business and my food.  If i pay the full price i expect what you advertise and promise.  Think I'm gonna have to change to something else then!

    I am not sure why KFC advertises so aggressively that they have boneless chicken available to substitute the entire meal.  I have gone on various occations from November 2009 to 11 Jan 2010 and asked for this meal and to this day not been able to order this due to either out of stock reasons or I would have to wait 30 minutes which ends up being 1 hour.  Why is this?  I am also not the only one that has experienced this and I sugges that if they cannot deliver, stop advertising it please.

    I recently ordered a streetwise 2 meal at the KFC in Jakaranda Centre in Pta, with zinger pieces.
    Big was my surprise when I took a nice big bite out of the first piece of chicken - I could see and smell the disgusting presence of Salmonella in the chicken! Instantly disgusted and mortified at the thought that they would even serve customers such a poisoned cocktail of food.
    If I had fallen ill as an elderly person because of their chicken, it could very well have been the end of me!

    Wake up KFC - I shall very strongly advise anyone against eating the filth you casually serve up to your customers!

    KFC Okavango Drive in Kraaifontein. My daughter and I stopped there after work to get some KFC. The pieces were so small, like in really small. This is now after I asked for bigger pieces. Anyways, we were both sitting in the bathroom in the early hours of the morning with food poisening. Thank you KFC for that one. You wont see us again. KFC is more like a business and quality and safety went down the tubes!! But you like to take oue money!
