I am a professional working in Malawi , on Friday the 24th of July I was in South Africa. I am a fun of KFC Chicken but I dont think so anymore after the Team Leader (Wilma) at KFC Somerset Mall in Capetown laughted right in our faces for having an accent that is not South African. When I asked about this she just laughed and said she couldn't help laughing at us because we sounded stupid!!! How on earth does one tell a customer that they sound stupid.This kind of service and attitude sucks for a Brand like KFC and they have just lost two loyal customers wont step my foot in a KFC restaurent again. Not that they care.

They NEVER have all the items, they are always either out of ice cream, crushers, cheese or get this...lettuce. the Fruit and Veg is just up the road but their out if lettuce? Oh and they always have machine cold drink and never buddy or cans.
I'm done keeping my mouth shut, the service providers need to know that their service is up to [***]. If we do not complain yhen
We placed an order for about R900.00 for our staff.I collected the order and when I got back to office the packet was full of oil,half the chicken raw,and short supplied boxes.The manageress called me back about two hours later and just said sorry she will come back to me and what did we do with the raw chicken so that that could investigate further,We threw it away in disgust but I am still awaiting a reply and my short boxes which we paid for but still did not receive.Very poor service indeed.
