I am a professional working in Malawi , on Friday the 24th of July I was in South Africa. I am a fun of KFC Chicken but I dont think so anymore after the Team Leader (Wilma) at KFC Somerset Mall in Capetown laughted right in our faces for having an accent that is not South African. When I asked about this she just laughed and said she couldn't help laughing at us because we sounded stupid!!! How on earth does one tell a customer that they sound stupid.This kind of service and attitude sucks for a Brand like KFC and they have just lost two loyal customers wont step my foot in a KFC restaurent again. Not that they care.

i TOOK MY CLASS OF 24 YOUNG LEARNERS ON AN EXCURSION TO the airport. At 11am we went to buy 24 Chikkie meals and were told they dont have boxes nor toys. The kids were disappointed as they looked forward to this meal. We waited ages for them to prepare burgers and chips. Meals on the menu that the parents ordered were also not availble. The staff offered the kids an ice cream but they wanted their kiddie meal.
What will happen in June 2010 is a big concern when they cannot even have 24 mals at a time.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS STANDARD OF SERVICE AND WOULD LIKE THE MANGERS TO CONTACT ME.

Lady at the order kiosk for drive thru could not get my order correct for 2 people, she kept on telling me what I should order. At dispatch I did not receive what I intially ordered and it was a big joke to the staff. Ain't going back there.

Last night put the cherry on the top. Tried to order and 2 items were not available! this is now the third time this has happened to me! Put a temporary Out of ..... sign where teh customers can see it. I hate ordering something and them have to eat something else. I have had enough with KFC.

The staff at the customer interface need to be trained on how to talk clearly and listen!

The battter was very greasy and did not have the usual attractive KFC taste. The chicken inside was slimy and didn't taste good. The chips were hard and didn't taste at all nice. To top it all, my wife and I both got infective diarrhoea from this food and have been really suffering today.
There are obviously serious Quality Control issues here, and, for the sake of KFC's reputation, I suggest urgent follow up is made. We will not go back for a very long time.

On i June incorrect amount was drawn from my credit card. Order was incomplete. Customer just has to wait while staff discuss the mistakes with the manager who has no conception of customer service.
In future, I'll go elsewhere for quick food!
You boast about associating your company with various charity's and supporting various sporting events............but now you want to tarnish your well earned reputation with an advert exploiting topless women. This is damaging and shameful to both your national business enterprise and the nation as a whole.
We don't need our children seeing this on nation televison.

What is going on with KFC?
I have a photo on my cellphone desktop which shows a KFC counter desk in peak hrs with no one behind the desk.
Your staff needs training ......
How can you serve a shop full of people with no one behind the counter.???
