I am a professional working in Malawi , on Friday the 24th of July I was in South Africa. I am a fun of KFC Chicken but I dont think so anymore after the Team Leader (Wilma) at KFC Somerset Mall in Capetown laughted right in our faces for having an accent that is not South African. When I asked about this she just laughed and said she couldn't help laughing at us because we sounded stupid!!! How on earth does one tell a customer that they sound stupid.This kind of service and attitude sucks for a Brand like KFC and they have just lost two loyal customers wont step my foot in a KFC restaurent again. Not that they care.

first time that I have walked out in disgust as i have on many occasions
complained about the high noise level and poor service .Please attend to this

on five consecutive weekends i wanted to buy kfc crushers and every weekend i must listern to a new excuse. what a shame.
I purchased a Streetwise two and asked for the leg and thigh, no breast, within seconds i was given the box, I asked Yvonne to check to see if the order was correct as I had been "done" before, she opened the box and said leg and thigh were inside. On getting to my Hotel found that there was a leg and a piece of boney breast whih had a lot of rancid fat attached.
Sad that an employee has to lie to get the order out andas for the rancid fat NO EXCUSE
What ic KFC coming to?
After waiting at least 12 minutes for the wings that i had ordered, the wings were given to customers who placed there order at least 5 minutes after mine. When I raised the Issue the staff were falling over there feet trying to get the customers to give the wings back in order for them to give it to me, which they (the Custmers)refused and walked out. Their team leader (one of the staff who gave my wings to customers who placed their orders way after me) came and blamed the fact that they gave my wings to customers waiting behind me in que, on the strike... which I (the reasonable guy) rubbished and walked out of the store as I would and will not accept and excuse as lame as that for them giving my order to someone else.
That kfc will never see me again...
