I am a professional working in Malawi , on Friday the 24th of July I was in South Africa. I am a fun of KFC Chicken but I dont think so anymore after the Team Leader (Wilma) at KFC Somerset Mall in Capetown laughted right in our faces for having an accent that is not South African. When I asked about this she just laughed and said she couldn't help laughing at us because we sounded stupid!!! How on earth does one tell a customer that they sound stupid.This kind of service and attitude sucks for a Brand like KFC and they have just lost two loyal customers wont step my foot in a KFC restaurent again. Not that they care.

    Paid a visit to kfc in karen park on oct 19.took the drive thru option.waited ages to get to the cashier.when you confront them about this,she tells you in a arogant way that it takes a long time because the food is "freshly prepaired" which isn't the case.Got home opened everything and what do I find?Order incomplete and my my tower burger has'nt even got half of the things on its supposed to have on.now I am asking myself,should I go back and fight with these apes or just let them get away with it.I think these  people don't have any morals.Just a bunch of dishonest people! Btw kfc pta north is no better...

    To me it look like there is a problem at almost every kfc in South Africa. I am in Pretoria North and I can not tell you when was the last time we  bought any kfc that was not old and dried out or not dark and oily. When you ask for a sweet chilli twister you get one without the sauce. The people are rude and sometimes ignore you, to help other people who came in after you. It would really help if they can employ helpfull responsible friendly people who take pride in their work. Maybe if they can just get a good manager with all the above qualities it could make a difference.

    Wow, didnt realize the most off KFC franchises were delivering such bad service and still have audacity to treat custommers so badly, the boss probably is not interested in the couple off complaints they get . Also having on monthly basis now , no icecreams(machine broken but no sign stating so in drivethrough, result is you get stuck for up to half hour because there is also no chicken pieces or something else gone missing, when doing enquiry after getting out off car in drivethrough you get really bad answers and treatment from staff, KFC NO MORE,By the way this outlet(ANGELO MALL NIGEL) is only open for two years and it has been like that from begining,

    I went 2 a kfc in burgersfort after cueing for more than  40 mins to buy a family treat meal. The chips were half full and and she only gave me 1 big coleslow and when i enquired about it she said thats all they had and there is nothing she can do when i complained the half full chips she says its the way she was trained 2 do and if i dont like it i can take my money and go elsewhere. Lindiwe is the name of the cashier.Ive never been so iltreated and if your service is gona keep being this worse. I surely am taking my money elsewhere

    Mxmmm very pissed,2nd time I go to KFC Inkwazi shopping centre malelane and get flaking dry zinger wings with no Saviettes. Are they tht expensive tht we have to eat then lick our fingers instad of wiping. Next time I will bring a wipe

    Service at Walvis Bay is terrible , we just bought a "meal"-3 pieces of chicken with chips when we got home there were 3 pieces of chicken and believe it or not one more chip than the pieces of chicken -There were 4 (FOUR) chips
    If this is the most terrible service Id like to know what is

    Hi, m really disappointed about the cashier in kfc mokopane is in nelson mandela road. Today I went to the shop looking for something to drink or eat. The was a lady in the last till by the name is kholofelo. I order the drink and the food and after I waited for about 30 minutes without the food, I asked her she just shouted at me and set to me that they are waiting for a drink, I waited and end up saying she should return my money. She shouted at me and set to me that I have T.B in front of the manager. Kfc I'm really disappointed and I'm thinking of talking the matter further because I can't allow someone insult me. Kfc please return to me my numbers are 082 681 8719. I really need advice that what must I do now.

    Was at Kfc Hillcrest for the past 30min and the service was so terrible. Had bought the double take of which I wanted to pay by card unfortunately my purchase was not that important coz had to wait 20min to pay of which it never happened. The lady that was serving me never bothered to let me know that she was waiting for the speed point. When she got the machine instead of using a chip,she swapped the card and I don't know what happened coz she kept on swapping the card,then this lady just took the machine off her hand whilst I was still waiting. Is that what u teach your staff not to value customers? I was so fuming that I'd just asked for my card leaving what I went there to buy. Shocking that your staff had to treat me like [***] am so angry.

    Shocking,shocking service at Kfc these days. Yes the top boss doesn't give a damn about us anymore because they are making enough money anyway. Do these people that works there ever given training on customer service? I doubt it am so disappointed and disgusted with Kfc Hillcrest am never setting my foot on that horrible place.

    I was just at the drive throw at kfc in blue down, it took us 10 min ( not joking) before we got to the order window, another 5min to got to the window to get our food, just to get told that our order will only be ready in another 5min. ( Just so you know, we just ordered 8 hot wings ) We had to wait in the parking lot for another 10min before we got our wings

    Kfc vangate malls service sucks to the max I worked at a kfc branch in grandwest casino for 5yrs and we never ever ignored a customer,they touch their bodily parts and never sanitise their hands.I went there lastnight and the cashier ignored me totally after I complained that she was having a private conversation,she called her supervisor Ashia who never even apologised for my inconvenience,from now on I loved kfc but I might aswell eat at hungry lion there service is better

    We ordered 18 junior burgers and said to them 3 times pls 4 with lettace and 14 without, and waited 45 min for the burgers, we get home and see 14 burgers with lettace and 4 without, and I am so glad I opened all 14 burgers the lettace was not green it was brown and soft, it was really disgusting, to think I was going to eat my 4 burgers with the lettace. This was not what I payed for.

    Buying from Lebowakgomo and Marble hall and spending more than R300 at every store every time we visit, getting orders wrong, not getting what you ordered,some food is missing from your order when you have payed for it, and complaining at stores does not help, for get that i will ever support KFC again Chicken Licken will be the next good food i will support.

    On Sunday 1 April 2012 we visited Delmas KFC, our order took 20 minutes from the time we've paid till the time we received our order. I do have sympathy when it gets busy, but 20 minutes, that's to long. I thought is was a April fools joke.

    i just bought street wise two here at braamfontein at lunch, i didnt open it at the shop as i was rushing back to work, when i arrived there, they were 4 or 5 chips inside, even now i am still crossed as i didnt expect this kind of serivice from a restuarant of such a calibre. please just tell them to try to improve their service as people has options to can go to any restuant but e chhose them

    i bought some food at kfc and they did not have any serviettes are we supposed to eat without serviettes and wipe our hands on our shirts, i expect the ceo of kfc and general kentucky to come to my house and apologize to me and offer me something to make up for this thank you

    I went to the kfc in Belville area on two occasions and it was disgusting! I ordered a zinger burger meal.. The chicken was under-cooked and on both occasions I had tummy cramps, felt nauseous and had a runny tummy. When I informed the manager about this, she just laughed and said "shame". I will never buy at KFC ever again!!! Can anybody tell me how I can take this matter further please?

    Went to buy KFC at Brackenhurst. The Batter was not crispy. It was like elastic.One bite takes all...
    It is as if the chicken had shrunk under the batter.  I ended up putting it in the trash
