UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO CREDIT CARD

I bought tickets on Fandango.com and apparently they had an offer or rebate or something from this company, I remember specifically that i said no to any offers that came up as have been shopping online enough to know about these scams.
A month later I saw a charge for $11.99 from some company called TLG/GREAT FUN, I requested an investigation and found out it was this company. http://www.greatfunonline.com/ 
Upon calling they gave me some BS about signing up so this that etc... The woman I spoke to said that I would get the refund in 10 to 15 days hopefully they will refund it.
How can a popular website like Fandango have anything like this connected to their website are not worried about losing customer trust.

      It's a cramming scam.
      Why would you expect them to?
      They are having "great fun"!

      Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent futher fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

      Don't feel alone I check my account this morning to find I'd been charged  16.99  for something I don't  even know about not even the company never even heard of this name until today Sunday now I can't call to talk to anyone about the problem,because their  closed.Some kind of rip-off.But I'll be on their [***] come the next business day, you can believe that.

    Yeah tlg great fun or whatsoever they got me too for $16.99 for about 3 months, but I caught it right away I bought a plane ticket online for spirit airlines and this fraud company just showed up like that. I called my bank which chase they they can't do stop payment since I got liquid chase debit card. They say all they can do is cancel my existing card number and replace it a new card number. Hoping it will work. Don't be fooled by this great fun company.

    My wife Kimberly Easton-Holmes had cancelled this program in February 2014. We have continuously been charged for the service. A total of $239.88 has been drafted from my account. I am demanding for this to be refunded.

    I want this removed from my credit card authorized payments but haven't been able to find how where to get it cancelled. What can I do?

    I also had the same issue with a  charge to my credit card for 19.99. I called my card & submited a fraud report because i never even heard of the company before and i dont online shop. But the person i spoke to said the transaction was made from TLG Great FM . Is this the same as TLG Great Fun?

    I checked my bank statement today and I saw  charge from  TLG Great for $19.99.  I have never purchased anything from this company. I am contacting my bank tomorrow (6/15) and launch a fraud investigation against this company.  I do not know how they got access to my checking account unless they hacked into it.  I am demanding that my $19.99 be retuned to me as soon as possible.

    I been having charges taken out of my account since last year and just noticed this! I was so angry! A charge I didn't authorize! beware of this SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was charged $16.99 for 4 months until I found out today. I will dispute these unauthorized charges to my bank and block all future charges to this merchant.

    I cancelled a free trial offer, in December of 2017.  I called TLG Fun and told them I am cancelling, because your product did not work.  Do not send me this product again.  Again in January of 2018 they sent it, and I called them back to cancel again,  They assure me that the product was cancelled, and my charge card would not be charged.  Well they lied, I called my credit card and disputed the charge.  My credit card honored that request and stop the charge.  They charged me again in February of 2018, and I called them again and told them asked them why are you still charging my credit card for a product I am not even getting,  This time they tried to pull the scam that someone else in my household has charged this.  The only person in my household is my husband and he does not know anything about a rejunivation cream.  I told them stop trying to pull this scam and I am not going  to pay for something I didn't get.  They did it again, and tried to say after I gave them the confirmation numbers to cancel this crap.  They said what is your husband's name,  I told them, and they said that's the account this is under. By now I'm really mad, so I told them now I'm going to contact my lawyers and sue you.  I have file a complaint with the  BBB.
