These guys are total scammers, they claim to host your site and in order to do that you give them your credit card number. I did this and it was supposed to be less than $4.95/mo. Well once they have your information - LOOK OUT - they will rack up charges on it. Tried their customer service and can't get anywhere. STAY AWAY from them www.brainhost.com. I am filing a complaint with the state and trying to get the charges reversed on my card - WHICH THEY MAXED OUT.

There must be a legite one there somewhere. Wishing us all luck ..
I do not know why they blocked my site that I had with them for over 7 years but anyhow, I have tried everything to get ahold
of them, support tickets, phone calls, none of the numbers I have work. one just is busy all the time. Maybe someone is hurt there, I do not know. It is sad because I had a very good repore with them and a good blog, that I want my files and stuff off
of so I can put it onto a hosting account I have with godaddy.
on to her game. She replied, stating "You would do it too if you had three children to feed!" If you can not stand on your own good name...that's a huge red flag. In this post, I have not used my name because I expect retaliation.
been able to find out what happens next. Are you still with them? Can you shed any light?
Someone is calling me tomorrow to possibly use me as a promo. Is that legitimate?
Any thing you can help me with would be great.
Thanks,
Kade
that I messed up on my name. I also saw that you made several grammatical and punctuation errors! Does that mean you are uneducated? I think not! However, highly educated or not, the conditions to accept, are often written to confuse both, the educated and uneducated. True, we all should take time to read the conditions under which the contract is written.
