I receive a call from “account services”/”card member services”/”card holder services” EVERY DAY around noon. They refuse to remove my number, despite many requests.  They often are very rude & give bogus information when I try to get more company info.     I, too, am receiving these calls to lower my credit card interest rate and they call every day at either 9:00 a.m. or noon and I just received another call.  Each recording says that this is my last chance to respond as there will be no other calls.  Well, I have been receiving this message for months and they still call each day, including the weekend.  I now have begun to push the button in order to speak with the representative.  As soon as I begin to ask questions, they hang up on me.  I asked one lady last week for the company name and she said she wouldn't tell me.  I questioned her, nicely, and she said that she would not tell me and hung up.  Today, I asked which credit card did they want to help lower my interest rates and was told Visa and Mastercard.  I then asked the name of the company and he said Card Member Services.  When I told him that I didn't have interest on my credit cards as they were paid off each month, he immediately hung up on me.  These calls are very annoying and I understand that these people are trying to make a living but I wonder how they feel when they are awakened in the morning or their meals are interrupted by telemarketers!.  Good luck to us all in having these calls stopped!

    I just recieved a call from "card member services". They asked me what card I owed most on visa or mc. Then said I was eligible to have that card wiped clean because of my great credit.  He then said is it the card that starts with a 4. Duh most visa start with 4 MC a 5 Discover a 6. So he proceeded to tell me if I give him the credit card # and expiration date it would be paid. When I asked who was doing this "wonderful" thing for me I got more quick talking bull.  When I tried to ask another question I was told if I would be quiet and stop interrupting him he would finish telling me. I interrupted once more to tell him I was not an idiot he was if he thought I would just give him my cc # and hung up. SO BE CAREFUL ALL OUR CREDIT CARDS HAVE A CARD MEMBER SERVICES. Do not fall for it! If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

    We have tried filing multiple complaints against them, and the FTC loses them, files them along with the others, or puts you into a new dimension of hell called, "Hold please while I transfer you to the correct department", yet never seeming to find the right department.

    Florida robo-dialer AKA “ Alla“, “Brandy”,  “Jim“, “Anthrowawn”  or” Mr. Edwards“, Marwan Al Farwan @ 321-420-3045 wants to hire more “fronters, qualifiers, closers” to curse, abuse, harass, and scam Consumers telephones, and the FTC is watching.

    How to become a  LICENCED Orlando, Florida telemarketing buffoon for lower interest “Bridgett at cardholder services . .” , just like “Alexandra”, with  Florida telemarketing license # TM 79971.

    Step 1)    Answer an Orlando Craigslist ad for an L.I. boiler-room operation like the example below;

    Step 2)   Meet up with the Florida shell company front L.I. room operation for their illegal “script”, and instructions on how to scam Consumers, as well as threaten, terrorize, curse, abuse, and harass anyone that fights back.

    Step 3)    Ignore the Law, the Consumers, the hackers warnings, and continue to racketeer over the phone.

    Step 4)   Robo-dial a number that should not be robo-dialed, get recorded, and exposed all over the internet as a total loser, as another organized criminal “L.I.” robo-dialer needs to get sued.

    I have 28 phone numbers blocked on my cell phone from these people - do not call registry does nothing I have reported every single one of them and they just call from another number

    I received the same call and the caller ID was my own phone number that I was answering. I entered 1 to talk to someone to remove my name and he said he couldn't. I ask to speak to a manager and he said no and got nasty calling me a "F#&*%ing piece of [***]". Eventually the manager came on and asked "MR BROWN" to tell him what happened and then they both called me a Piece of [***]..........
    I set my phone to block my own number............

    Received call from Card Member Services.  Says his name is James. Told me that Experian had provided them my credit information and Experian was offering me a reduce interest rate of 6% on my credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).  Called from 405-922-3699.

    I have been getting these call for quite some time now...Every day I get a call from them and have told them several times that I do not even own a credit card and to take me off their calling list. The last time I called the (foreign) man I spoke to told me he took me off the call list...the calls are still coming ! The last number they called me from was 601 309 5888

    I just received the same call that many above have been posting about. The rep wanted to validate my credit card # and I was not comfortable giving that information seeing as I didn't call them, so he transferred me to his supervisor. This is when things got weird! I explained that I didn't call them and if they wanted to pull up my account then they should just do so and have me validate what they were seeing. The supervisor then went through one of my credit card accounts and was spot on with all the information, including last payment, current balance, available credit, and much more. After that he went right back to asking what is my full 16 digit card number so that he could pull up my account again. I eventually hung up b/c I was afraid of giving any information but it seems strange that they were able to see all my information! I'm now calling the number on the back of my card to speak with someone about this!

    I was contacted by card member services under the pretense of lowering my interest rate on my VISA cards.  They are targeting seniors
