Scam - Report it to the FTC
Complaint

Country: United States
I receive a call from “account services”/”card member services”/”card holder services” EVERY DAY around noon. They refuse to remove my number, despite many requests. They often are very rude & give bogus information when I try to get more company info. The only thing I know to do is file a complaint with the FTC & I suggest all you do the same, hopefully with enough complaints they will shut this horrible company down. It is a quick & easy form. https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx please note that your phone number must be on the Do Not Call registry before your complaint is applicable – so if you have not registered your phone number on the National Do Not Call list, please do so : https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx?panel=3

937-000-6523 We are on a Do Not Call registry.
I've been dealing with these Account Services etc. for years. Nothing gets rid of them ... except 1) making sure you are registered with the Fed. Do Not Call List; and 2) taking 15 minutes to file a complaint against them, every single time they call. Eventually the numbers add up ... and someone takes action.
Specifically? See the WEB, on the Account Services scam, with "Heather" info; 3) it looks like the Orlando FLA police Dept., Detective Mike Stevens, is trying to bust them. But he needs your help; including filed complaints with the DNC.
With your help - including regular filing of complaints with the Federal Do Not Call - we might be able to stop Account Services.
For more info? See the hundreds of complaints regarding the "Heather" "Account services scam, on the "Bohemian Revolution" blog.
Thanks
Also? Wait till you get about 60 calls; then file with the FTC for 60 violations, or $600,000 fine.
They call on my cell phone. We are card services international and want to lower your APR since you are a good customer.
I know it's a scam so i waste as much of their time as possible.
I told them i have 6 credit cards, and get them really excited about the numbers i'm gonna give them.
Then the curtain comes crashing down...
I'd love to see their faces when they call my "MOM" at the PA Attorney Generals office and my "DAD" at the Orlando police dept. I sent them right to the officer investigating the fraud that Buster listed above.
I hope this somehow works. I have tried having it removed, reasoning with them and telling them I don't meet their requirements and constantly being hung up on whenever I ask a question.
The initial recording is made by someone named "Rachael" and when they answer I always ask for Rachael... they say Rachael is a recording. It's fun to try and break my own record by asking when she'll be back and demand that she isn't a machine and that she really did call me.
Have some fun. They just made their third call today and I'm getting a little full of their crap and will finish my calls from them today by being as rude and vulgar as possible. At the minimum you'll feel a little better releasing your anger and you'll probably ruin their day. As I see it, enough ruined days and they'll quit, making it harder to hire more people to replace them
This is clearly an intimidation scam, as there is no such auto enrollment run by legitimate card issuers.
I have had the same or very similar messages every month or so, and despite requesting to be dropped from their calling list they continue to call. I have now registered my phone on the Do Not Call Registry at https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx?panel=3
Their website appears to be www.cardmemberservices.com, but this is a Chase Bank site, a legitimate issuer, and not the true source of the calls. Their outbound marketing identifies themselves and such and follows business like approach to calls.
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM - do NOT give any info to their operator!
Telephone companies are able to stop these fraudulent calls except the telephone companies make millions from the crook's long distance charges. That's why the calls keep coming and they rip off your grandma for everything she has.
Call your telephone company and ask for the telephone company's Security Office number. Call the Security Office and get the calls stopped. You must mention a possibly criminal act, such as refusing to give the Card Member Services address or phone number. Tell the Security Office the time and date of the offending call.
