They sent me and email saying I took out a payday loan back in 2011 for $300.00 and never paid so,I get this email on 06/2012 saying I owe $975.68 and needed to pay it off now or I will be sent to jail for fraud.I never took out any loan from these people when call to confirm about this email...

We had the same ordeal. They said we owed yellow pages $605 back in 2010. We fought it then and we got another one in the mail a week ago saying we owed US pages $774.95. Just threaten them with lawyers, they seem to back down then.

This number has called several time telling me he works with a bunch of lawyers who work on behalf of a collection agency and i need to settle a debt with him. He is not actually a lawyer and he speaks with an accent.
