    unauthorized charges- not allowing cancellation
    I cannot get this company to cancel my subscription. Honestly, I am not exactly sure how this started in the first place, but the prices are outrageous and the coffee is not that great. Please, please check reviews before you get sucked in.

    illegal charges
    Smartemarket.com charged my bank account $6.95 last month, 4/08. After finding the charge through online banking, I contacted the company and my bank. Smartemarket credited my account back, however, this company has no right to randomly charge unsuspecting people. BBB has been absolutely no help.

    I see I'm joining a long list of people who have been cheated by this company!! I have been charged 89.31 which was not authorized by these people and I am disputing this through my bank!!! On top of that I've never received my original 3.95 order!!!

    I'm sick of people "selling" items in the Amazon marketplace that they don't actually have. Can't tell you how many times I've ordered an obscure cd or dvd from a marketplace seller who either have to try and scramble to get me the copy I paid for from another vendor or end up refunding my money....
