Unsolicited Phone Calls

I asked him for the companies toll free number so I could call them back and he got smart with me and told me he's call me back from the toll free number. Right. Of course he never called me back.

I have told them my name and asked they do not harass me any further.

I am continuously harassed, annoyed, bothered and disturbed by robo-calls from Home Security Promotions whilst being on the do not call list. Tried to contact sender to stop calls, to no avail. I want to file a class action lawsuit.

They call every day. Using a machine that provides different numbers. How do I get them to stop? It is bothersome and when you are on the phone for a real call they bother you. Then when you ask for information, they hesitate, hang up and then call right back. How do you stop these scum?

I block each call received on my cell but they keep calling from different numbers very annoying - do not know how to make it stop.
