I received call on my cell phone so full of static I could not understand caller with his heavy accent. Hung up. He called nine more times within three minutes. He left a threatening message on his tenth. He calls from unavailable or 1-028-551-013. The number he left for me to return his call is 858-777-1977.Two hours later he was going to start up again. I called him what he was, told him my detective husband would call him at 5pm. He hung up. His last call to me was at 2:50pm. I called him back at 3:20pm to ask for his address. He didn't know. He only knew he is a law firm in California. When I said I needed his exact location for the police, he put me on hold. It's now 10pm and he still hasn't called me back.

    this happened to my wife today. She paid off a 200.00 loan and we have proof. jay Stewart said that the cops were showing up at our house and her work to arrest her. That after court she would owe 5400.00.
    number they told her to call back 925-402-4903.

    I got a call that was a blocked number but they left a message saying they are calling from 9095394073, ACS FIRM.  He stated his name was Kevin Foster and that I would be arrested bc of owed money.  Then even went as far as threating to kill me and my family.  Needless to say, I cursed the s*** out of him and reported to cops.  I see I am not the only one.

    Yes, they call me all the time and finally I started asking for them to put somebody on the line that speaks English, and the next person that gets on the line, I say the same thing to, over and over and over, until finally they hang up!!! They are pathetic, and a whole bunch of other stuff that I don't want to say.........Good luck all!!!!

    I just called ACS and told them they have to take my son tomorrow.  I also called NY1 but doubt they'll be interested in a single adoptive mother 9-11 initial responder now disabled and with a kid with disabilities.  (As an example of a bad sentence.)

    Someone called ACS on me because they didn't like the way I treated--you ready?--my dog.

    Over 14 months I must have had 25 caseworkers through here doing nothing but earning paychecks and harassing the hell out of me.  They made me spend money I don't have too.  (This is the extremely short version.)

    Another one waltzed into tonight to verify I had no food.  I have one pill left of my kid's necessary medication that I have to  pay for monthly--roughly 1500 bucks.)  I printed out my checking account history (balance 21 bucks, if I'm lucky)and provided my rent bill which put me at about 2800 in arrears.  (Did I mention the part about how ACS PUT ME IN THIS SITUATION?)

    ANyway she waltzed out.  She'll call tomorrow maybe.  Remember this is like caseworker #25.  So no food, no medicine, ACS is the biggest scam and disgrace of NYC.  Well, what else could a mother do but to tell them to take him since I have no food or money for meds.

    Did I mention I'm a hero?  LOL!

    ANyway, whoever runs this blog has my email address.  Tomorrow ACS will take my son away.  (I've been protecting him from that by after breakfast tomorrow there will be no food or medicine.)

    OMG!  Typo.  Kids meds 150 bucks not 1500.  But he's coughing.  If he needs an antibiotic he's out of luck--probably another 80.  ACS knows that too.

    But, the media isn't interested.  What's Linsay Lohan (whoever the hell she is) wearing?

    Anyway, what were these 25 caseworkers doing for 14 or so months and then left us way worse?  You tell me.

    This same thing happened to me yesterday 10/27/10 first "Jack Taylor" with a heavy middle eastern accent called my work phone and i told him not to call me at work i would deal with the matter when i got home at 4:30 and then he called me at 4:30 on the dot and my husband said he had been calling me for like 5 minutes back to back and I answered when he called again and he told me he was from ACS Lawfirm and his company was going to sue me becasue i had a payday loan i didn't pay back and that the loan i did payback was a scam and the world was full of scammers! I told him to give me his number and i would call him back and i called my bank immidiatly and i my bank told me to 3 way him and that they would talk to "Jack" and "Jack" did not want to talk to my bank and HUNG UP ON US! ACS is a total scam don't fall for it!!!

    Dustin from ACS called me today at qork giving me 909 200 2008 number to call back and ask for and eric jones. very thick indian accent, definitly the same people.

    Hi all you have to do is keep calling them back at 1-347-590-4535, but be sure to block out your number and harrass them back. They are out of AHEMDABAD, and I have been calling them giving them hell since last Friday!If everybody give them a dose of their own medicine they will get the point that we are on to them.

    For the last two weeks I have received phone calls from this so called Law Firm. They call from numbers like 052-497-347 and 347-590-4535. I've talked to two men using the names Steven Warner and Eric. They have been threatening me telling me they are going to sue me and my employer for fraud, they say they are going to get my fired and calls me out my name. I tell them this is harassment and I, in return,will sue them. But they constantly call. They called me just this morning at 7am after calling my place of business 6 times yesterday and my cell 5 times. They have cursed my co workers who have answered the phone, my supervisor and manager, and worst of all my mother when she answer the phone at my home. I dont know how they received my contact information and why they are accusing me of anything let alone something as serious as fraud. Its becoming overwhelming...does anyone have a solution? Has anything worked, to keep them from calling?

    They have been calling me from ACS now for over three months. I have filed three police reports and I am on my way to the phone company to change my number!! They even threatened me by telling me that they were going to deliver 'a special package' to my house they had all my correct information and are starting to scare me and piss me off at the same time! They actually threatened to show up at my door! Not likely but still scary none the less!

    Oh my gosh, I have been receiving calls from Nathan, Andrew and John and they have picked on the wrong person! They started calling me last month making me think I was losing my mind, I requested them to send me documentation of this alleged "payday loan", which obviously never came in the mail from their attorney but I flipped the script on them. I called them back and reminded them that I told them I never received the "Lawsuit" paperwork and where was it! So crazy, he HUNG UP ON ME! I called him back insisting I speak to his supervisor, he hung up again! Well I called him back and asked why did he hang up let's be civil about this (naaaawwwww), keep in mind at this point I had LOST MY MIND on him LOL, weeelllllll he told me to stop calling them! Would you believe this, when the shoe is on the other foot they put their tails between their legs and go run off and cry. I feel like making another call gotta go! No seriously they where suppose to fly me to San Francisco for my court date, but they wouldn't pay for my airfare like I had requested, I live in Arizona mind you; but the phone number they have called me from are out of the country and 813-434-0902 geez how did I memorize that! Go get em guys and give them a dose of their own medicine! To all of you spread the word and if I did not finally get ACS out of this guy and look it up online, I would not have ever known. Thanks for the internet in a good and bad way.

    I too got a message from these people. His voicemail told me to call immediately and that if I didn't all he could tell me was good luck. When I called him back (at area code 209) I couldn't understand a word he said due to his Indian accent.  He said he works for ACS Law Firm in California.  He then proceeded to tell me that I was being sued by some cash advance company and I had to pay them $998 to stop the lawsuit because I was due in court tomorrow.  When I told him (he said his name was Kevin Foster) that I had no clue what he was talking about and that I had never rec'd court papers, he told me they had emailed me several times.  WHAT?! You can't email someone that stuff.  GEEZ! He said I had 3 counts of fraud filed against me and had the last 4 of my ss#. He was sooo rude and wouldn't let me get a word in.  Whatever, I am call the ATG as soon as they open in the morning.  These people aren't getting one dime from me.   Good luck to everyone who gets this type of call, these people need to be stood up to.

    I am getting the same kind of phone calls.  I know it's a scam but I don't like that he keeps calling and has my personal information.  Who do I report this to???

    I called our state prosecutors office and they put me in touch with the FBI but warned me that because this is international, they won't do anything about it.  At least I filed a report on them.  I am also changing my phone number today.  They called me 40 times in one day....someone needs to arrest them.

    ACS Law Firm (1-916-395-0000,1-347-435-2180) These people are a TRIP, I just called and gave a fake name and at first they couldn't find my information. They put me on hold for 2-5 mins then came back on the phone telling me they have my information. Would you believe these people they gave me the name of the fake name I used and all information about that person private information even down to where they live, how is that if I just made up a name.. I don't know how these people can get private information like that then have the nerve to tell you that you owe there company money for a loan that you have even applied for...But can't tell you the company name that the money needs to be sent to or the name of the loan company you applied through.. Hang up on these people don't even give them the satisfaction of your time, the are fake and all they want is your credit/debit card number for outrageous amounts..
