I read a few blogs about a merchant service(squareup.com)on an excusve website. I decided to use the service and accepted over eight hundred dollars in payments through them. The problem is they will not send the funds due to my designated business account and I have now idea how to collect my money from them. They continue not to answer my numerous complaints and requests for assistance. They claim to answer every request personally which is deceptive. On my first complaint, they personally sent me a list of measures for a certain proceedure which was fruitless and had nothing to do with my complaint. If it was not for You Tube, I would have still been stuck on the application complaint.

Over Six months and Square is still holding over $6000 of our money. Original hold was for over 50K! The only way I got any of it back was to refund all the charges and then re-run them with a new processor. The last $6000+ they refused to allow me to refund and they are still holding it after SIX MONTHS.
This company is HORRIBLE. It has so many complaints and the way they hold peoples money is unconscionable! They have NO regard as to how this effects a small business! In my opinion they are probably robbing Peter to pay Paul.
Starbucks who is investing another 25 million? Maybe then we will get paid, Otherwise they will probably declare bankruptcy and we will get nothing. WARNING ~ STAY AWAY!
Read the disclosures - know what you are signing up for, if you have issues call the number(415-375-3176) or send them an email via squareup.com. They are not perfect, but at the rate they are growing and improving I bet they are the number one CC processor within 5 years.

I found him on FB and sent him numerous messages. I sent his girlfriend messages on FB and all his twittter co-creators also received messages from me.
Despite my efforts it took nearly 30 days.
Square needs to be put out of business. Fraud, fraud fraudulent business.
Do yourself a favor DON'T USE SQUARE FOR ANY REASON.
This happened six months ago and I'm still pissed off.
The attorney general is a joke they didn't help at all.

If my transcation is suspicious for them i ask for return to credit card owner
if it not then put my bank account
but no contact no pphone number and no answer the only answer with mail after a week still ask for paper works The only way to get money from them is Attorney Genaral i think
