Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    I am using mobily phone, i didnt request any internet line through my mobile # 0569315733. i dont want any internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily......

    REMINDER-if no respond this complaint i will disconnect mobily no. and i will try to say my frinds to disconnect the mobily line. we are holding 20 mobily numbers from company.

    im unable to call any1,,,,nd whn some1 calls me it saying dat da number you have called is temporarily out of service...........

    I think all of you are out of your mind, I am using mobily for the whole 6 years that I have been here in the Kingdom and did not experience any of the problems you are stating Maybe you are subscribing without READING the agreement to something or your phone has a virus. My advice for all of you, USE YOUR BRAINS FIRST, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO USE IT EVEN SAWA WILL NOT HELP ALL OF YOU. SIMPLE.

    Since today morning when I am receiving any miss call automatically deducting 5/sr from my account every time and since morning I am trying to contact customer care but failed.
    So please advise me what to do.

    I was cancel my Mobily Khatty plus account on 10/23/2009, my mobile number
    966546283580.at that time I paid 483 saudi Riyal.after 6 months coming again
    new bill 280.07 [ march 2010]. now I am not using this zim card .so please avoid these bills because I already cancel the post paid account.

    the mobily is not good comfair to stc.if you need customer service in stc 902,907 the number will give you responce as soon as possible.not like mobily.

    since 5 days i am trying to call the customer service for my queries but nobdy is responding iam listening the [***] music nothing more than that.....whats this [***] service this company providing..iam really fed up with dis service,No Proper customer care ,they cant clarify the queries,why the hell they opened the company just to fuk the brains..[***] Service..STC Is BEST SAWA IS GREAT

    I tried to contact mobily customer care, and surprize >> instead of mobily executive, i have been asked for mobily service report after 1 hour and call get disconnected, i tried more than 7 time......

    mobily >> wasting of time and money service is 0<-<.
