Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

i found this website today .... i m reguler custumer of the mobily i have three numbers of mobily...the forth one is for internet i bought this from mobily outlet this is turbo connect and from 3 months i m using this when i connect to internet the net is disconnecting after 5 or ten minutes automatically....may be more than thousand times i call the mobily but they are telling me that this is the problem in network ....sometime they close the call and dont wanna hear me ... so what is the solution of my problem ... if this problem cant solve by ur staff we will close our connection ..not only me but all of mobily customers of riyadh ksa has the same problem
I surprised to hear a pre-recorded apology message like this
"We apologize for the LONG waiting time as our Jeddah Customer Care Representatives are at the Mobily 5th anniversary LARGE celebration event!!!!" ha ha ha... this will be the first ever celebration in this kind from such a large telecommunication company... leaving their customers fools without attending their complaints for more than a week.
However, I tried my luck by holding the line for more than 20 minutes... my mobile battery got discharged..... now I am afraid to dial it again as I don't know what they mean by "LONG WAITING.....
