Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    Recently I surprised to see my 20 SR has deducted without any reason.  I tried to contact their customer care several times, but no one lifting the phone there...... I tried to contact them by email, but there is no response........ worst customer care ever seen...

    assalam u alaikum sir

    i found this website today .... i m reguler custumer of the mobily i have three numbers of mobily...the forth one is for internet i bought this from mobily outlet this is turbo connect and from 3 months i m using this when i connect to internet the net is disconnecting after 5 or ten minutes automatically....may be more than thousand times i call the mobily but they are telling me that this is the problem in network ....sometime they close the call and dont wanna hear me ... so what is the solution of my problem  ...  if this problem cant solve by ur staff we will close our connection ..not only me but all of mobily customers of riyadh ksa has the same problem

    Today (25 May 2010) I dialed Mobily Customer Care number 1100 again to try my luck as part of my continued routine to talk to a customer care representative.  

    I surprised to hear a pre-recorded apology message like this
    "We apologize for the LONG waiting time as our Jeddah Customer Care Representatives are at the Mobily 5th anniversary LARGE celebration event!!!!" ha ha ha... this will be the first ever celebration in this kind from such a large telecommunication company... leaving their customers fools without attending their complaints for more than a week.

    However, I tried my luck by holding the line for more than 20 minutes... my mobile battery got discharged..... now I am afraid to dial it again as I don't know what they mean by "LONG WAITING.....

    As per their new offer, if you recharge for 240 SR you will get 100 SR extra Credit (be carefull, it is mobily there will be some hidden conditions.....)

    i AM USING MOBILY.I GET RENDOM TEXT MASSAGESAND MOBILY CUST 4 SR EVERY TIME I RECIEVE THIS MASSAGES.What nonsense! And I call the customer care and they cant stop it..so what am I supposed to do...just sit back and watch messages come in and eat all my money!!
    My advice to any newcomers NEVER BUY MOBILY

    Last week on 6th of june 2010 I have refilled my number with 150 SR that time I got validity upto 4th Oct 2010 but now again my validity coming only upto 27 Aug 2010. Please do the needful.
