nearly daily calls from this company... a real pain in the neck.. how do I block them.?.. I have told them that I am reporting them , even spoke to  supervisor, or so he said he was.. said he'd remove my number...but DID NOT.

    When I ask them to take me off the list they hang up on me every time. I even tried saying please listen and confirm and they hung up. Very rude!

      I just called the number that just called me (card member services) and got an automated voice asking if I wanted to be put on their do not call list.  I hope this works

    The number that shows up on caller ID is not a working number.  I am getting sick and tired of this.  I have pushed all the buttons to have them not contact me and this has been going on for two years!
    This is a load of crap.

    Now they are even calling on my cell phone.  I called the Attorney General for my state and they said they could do nothing.  What goes?  This is an invasion of privacy.  Who can help? I wonder if Obama gets these calls?

    Just called and Chase said they don't call out??? I also talked to a guy who removed my number but said it was not Chase.
    Who do you call to report this? I'm getting really pissed.

    I am sooooo sick and tired of these calls.  I have pressed "3" to not be called again, and guess what?  Got another phone call exactly 4 minutes later with the same thing.  This just happened.  I have pressed"one" to talk to a rep and have been hung up on.  Our phone number is on a do not call list, and I have even checked that on line to make certain we are still on the list.  This is harrasment pure and simple.  Today they called at 1215 and 1219.  Usually it's between 4 and 4:30.  This has got to stop.  I really like the idea from someone about getting a loud whistle and pressing one to talk to someone and then see what happens when I blow the whistle.

    i am so glad that i have company.  i can identify with the above posts. they have been stalking me for over a year and i finally talked to a rep and asked, "why are you stalking me?" and her response was, "we love stalking you and we will continue to stalk you."  and, true to her word, i just received another phone call. i am registered with do not call as well but to no avail.  i wonder if my state rep here in PA can be of some assistance.  these calls are quite annoying.

    i did this too but cant get thru...I have asked to speak to a supervisor and they just hang up!!!  sooo frustrated...cant seem to stop these calls.

    I actually just picked up a call from them and spoke with someone.  Told him I wanted to know the name of the company (Card Member Services) and he just kept talking over me to sell me his scam or whatever it was.  Once I told him I was on the do not call list, he hung up on me.  

    I also have been getting calls a couple of times a day....

    I hear you was told by tj to report them to ftc i reported them 5 times, then they started calling me 3 to 5 times a day.I went to wal-mart bought a airhorn when they called i pressed 1 tolower my interest rate when the man started speaking i blew the airhorn into the speaking part of the phone for 30 seconds, they hung up.Then the man called me back cussing that wasn't nessasary so i said take me off your list or everytime you all call me i will do this again he said he was taking my name off of the computer.That was 3 months ago and i haven't had a call since.It was so fullfilling and enjoyable to stick it to them for a change.

    I receive daily calls, also. Various times, and sometimes 2 or more per day. I also, talked to a life person, and was assured they would take me off their list. It is mostly "Rachel" making the calls. I have a heart condition, and these calls are really upsetting.

    No luck...tired of these calls
    I am so sick of being harassed by Card Memember Services.  Now they have my cell phone.  When I press 1, and as soon as they realize I don't want their busienss they hang up.  It does not matter how I start off the conversation, they just hang up.  If I play along with them and pretend I want their business, it just makes them mad.  And they call me back again and again and again and again.  I tried to curse them out and all I get is a response wow.  I tried loud wistle, and they just hang up.  And call back again and again and again.  This has been going on for months.  Has anyone had ANY luck in stopping the harrassment.  I even called Texas Sate Attorney's office...no luck there! Can't the FBI...get involved! Contact our Senators...something!  Do not call lists are a JOKE!  I put my cell phone on the do not call list, and right after that the Cardmember Service Scam started calling my cell!  Anyone working for Cardmember services who reads this blog....message to you: You are sick as who you work for.

    Just received a call from "Card Member Services" at 9:30pm, there was a recording that said to press 1 if I wanted to lower my interest rate, so I pressed 1.  A man with a foreign accent answered and asked me if I wanted to lower my interest rate and I said "NO, I want to know who's calling me at 9:30 at night??"  He said "card member services" and hung up.  I called Card Member Services to have my number removed and she said it was not them calling and that it was a scam.  

    I don't know if there's anyway to have our numbers removed, they may keep calling and I don't think they care if we are on the "do not call list"!!!
