I purchased a sofa and chair from a furniture store about 18 months ago. I chose the England brand furniture because I was told about their exceptional quality. Unfortunately, the fabric and cushions are wearing pre-maturely. The fabric is tearing and the cushions are loosing their shape. England refuses to acknowledge the tearing because the 1 year warranty has expired. They are looking into the cushion problem. I never had this problem with any other brand of living room furniture I purchased over the last 35 years.

and I assure you he would not be happy with how Lazy Boy
Furniture treats their Customers. My Family sold the Business
to Lazy Boy a few years back and since then the Company
has went down hill.
If my Family still owned the Company this would not be going
on they took care of their Customers in days past.
I'am ashamed to have my Last name on Furniture
that is built so poorly.
I wish you all luck in resolving your matters with
this Company but like I said if my Family
were still running things you would get Satisfaction!
I just can't tell you how thoroughly disgusted I am with the England Sofa we bought. The furniture store
assured us it was made in USA and quality!! Fabric pills, cushions crush into the back, springs are not centered (more to the left, so the right side really sags, and I got the plastic seat thing that is advertised on TV
that Sumu wrestlers can sit on and you don't sink, it works, and now also have cushions with coil springs in
them and it is some better, but why won't England stand behind their product. They gave me a song and a
dance about I would have to pay to have England pick up the sofa, return it to TN, and pay again to have it
delivered back. I asked repeatedly for a Rep to come and check it out, and no one even had the courtesy to
call and find out what the problems were. Forget the furniture store, those people should close their store.
Quick to take your money, but when the problems start, they offer no help. Plastic cording around the cushions
is cheap and poke thru the fabric, So embarrassing. Just wish products that are made in USA should be
considerably better than the ones made abroad, but now I am seeing why the stuff made outside the US
IS better than what is made here. England has No Quality control. Now we are stuck with a real lemon.
and I think Lasy boy did also So I got this since I was getting the best deal Just asking I know they looked study to me more so than the Lasy Boy did and they had to couch and loveseat combo I was looking at Lasy boy at the same store just curious if you know anything? any information would be helpfu.
