They call me at all hours of the day. I am on a maternity leave and they have been calling my office every day. They accuse my coworkers in lying and covering for me because they say that I am on leave.  I tried to talk to them but they are threatening me with police and say  they will take my vehicle.

    they did the exact same thing to me they are liars. they threatened to repo my car all i asked for was 2 days due to a financial emergency with surgery and 2 of my kids. they threaten that if i didn't pay by 7pm they were going to send someone over to repo my car. finally after almost 2 hours on the phone with JAY LEWIS....i said [***] REPO THE THE [***] I DON'T CARE ANYMORE. Hung up. The worst night sleep i had ever gotten. In fear of being stuck at the hospital with 2 sick kids and no ride home after the surgery. the next day through my kids recovery they called my cellphone and home phone 37 times. they did not repo my car. THEY threatened me over the phone continually ...after i couldn't handle it anymore i called my father. HE said they were predatory lending and that the next they to tell them this and tell them that you will hire a lawyer. I did this...and HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM SINCE.

    These people are crazy, they call repeatedly on the job, my cell phone and most recently they called my boss.  They have threatened to take my car on several occassions, i've had this car since 2007 and it's a crying same that i still owe $13,000, hell the darn car new is $15,000, i've already paid twice for this thing.  I hate this finance company and I would not recommend these people to anyone.  They are like a payday loan store gone bad.  I want to trade this darn thing in, but because of all this money they say I owe, it's hard to get anyone to take this thing because I owe so much unless I put down $3000.  I am seriously considering filing bankruptcy and they can go to h--!

    i have had several car loans in my 57yrs of living and i have never talked to so many rude and insensitive people. they are all so rude from customer service to so called "supervisors".  they tell you when to pay your bill, they don't listen to what you are trying to tell them. something really needs to be done about these people because nobody deserves to be talked to and made to feel like these people make you. yes i definitrly want in on any legal or whatever matters you all are going for against them.

    i hate this company they all need to burn in hell.i hate these sob.rude hang up on you ,call you at work,owe 800.00 and im late on payment .they say i also owe 1,700 on late fees and if i cant make all by aug 1 20011 repoing car no way do i owe 1,700 in late fees.they called and said make 700.00 . i did then they said too bad you still owe 800 on car plus 1,700 late fees and were coming to get the car we all need to do somthing fell behind because of a brain tumor.BEWARE

    I struggled for 5 years to pay my car loan.  I lost my job and almost could not pay my rent.  I got a loan from my job and then from a friend that I am still paying for the rent.  I struggled along to make the payments and am finally paying it off now.  After making a payment every month even though late, they claim we are making a late payment and turned us in to credit bureau.  On the last payment!  Can you believe that?  That is a lousy way to do business.

    I have been trying to make the paymnt for a week now, but keep getting an error message.  I called them 5 days ago and someone finally called back yesterday, but didn't leave a message.  I called them back and got the voicemail.  Its bad enough to charge me to make my payment, but at least let me make it without telling me its my fault!  We have had to record the conversations and play them back to them to make our point. But I have noticed everytime we do that (3 times now) we get a new account manager.

    Count me in on the lawsuit. these people have called tmy job a total of up to 13 times a day. i have MS and due to some flare ups i have had to call off from work with no pay. they could care less. they are horrible...

    Please let me know about the lawsuit. I have been harras with this company in many ways. I refused to talk to anyone anymore because of there attitude. Im not sure who they think they are. They feel that we as people do not have job's. I have sent a letter to the company stating not to call my job anymore and I am still getting phone calls there along with early morning calls during the weekday and weekend. This is unexceptable and I feel something need to be done.

    I too have put up with these people for the last 5 years. They can come get the car...don't care anymore. Sure I can get one cheaper. Mine is a 2007 and they ripped me off from the beginning...$25,000. I've paid for it about three times what it's worth. I'm almost two months behind, changed my phone number...haven't heard from them...afraid to call them because their so rude. So if they want it, come get it!

    I am VERY intersted in a suit against CPS.  Please send me info at ltwzrd@yahoo.com.  I have been 30 days behind for a good while as a result of losing my job. They have repeatedly threatend to repo the car because they no longer consider my unemployment insuance suitable income.  I hate these people.  Infact I found this posting while searching for thier website to find the phone number to make another extortion payment. Life is hard enough right now without these [***] in your life

    My account was sold to CPS by another bank and I am now owe almost $1000 more than I did right before they sold my loan.  How is that even legal?  How do I know what I owed?  I was thinking about trading my vehicle and called and got the pay off a day before they sold my loan.  It was a simple interest and I was ahead in payments so there was no interest to add.  I guess they thought I wouldn't look.  Class action suite?  Please email me info if anyone has any on any suit that may be pending. rodeoclown_911@yahoo.com  This is the same as the Ford Credit suit a few years ago, why isn't it going yet?

    The attorney in the Ford Credit suit was Bryan Kemnitzer.  He has a place on his site to leave a comment.  Flood his inbox, this is the kind of case he does.

    Please send me any class action lawsuit information you have!  pbuerk79@gmail.com  I have experienced the same issues.  i have had some late payments due to job loss, they granted me a two monthes deferral and then called and said it was up for repo when i was about to make the payment.  They are disgusting. they called my friends and family and told them all my financial information.  they talked to me on the phone and told me a quote "big black man was gonna come rip me out of the vehicle on tuesday when I parked it at work, and i would loose everything thats in it and my plates"  I called the state because she told me it was reported stolen and all of thie is a lie its not and the police dont get involved until its 10-12 month late then they resort to the stolen option.  I only owe 2600 on it after 5 years and they want it back now to stick me after I have paid close to 18000 in interest in principal....  Bad bad people and sad business

    this company is unreal..been dealing with them for years. im almost paid off.i think i have only 6 payments left. i just got off the phone with them. i wanted to make my october payment with a check dated for 2morrow since my check goes in at midnite. i got screamed at and hung up on that my car was going to get repo'd. they wouldnt even let me explain myself. i said hey is my n.y. accent making me appear nasty! listen people im calling to pay u!!! seems like they hire any loser off the street to represent them n send them away to nasty school!! UNREAL!!
