hello
im from california and about a month ago i purchased an extended warranty thru fidelity automotive solutions and the product i got was from consumer direct warranty services. i paid $395 down and am paying $127.78 for a total of $2695. so i was told by rob @ fidelity that my warranty would be activated after 30 and 1000 miles. so i waited and took my car in to the dealer for a diagnostic. the dealer then tried to file a claim online @ www.beginaclaim.com he then called me saying my claim was denied. i was thinking to myself thats impossible cuz the cooling fan is a covered part under the warranty i purchase plan called secure choice. i then started doin some research online i found this site with a bunch of complaints just like mine. this company is very clever in minupulating people into buying false products. can anyone help me in gettin my money back ... im lost!

I was just told that, they would no longer be taking phones calls, and in order to file a claim, I would have to email them at www.beginaclaim.com. I went on the internet, but there were no settings for filing a claim-only complaints.
My transmission just went out on me and I have no way of contacting them or reporting a claim. Any help out there?
They have an "F" rating with the BBB and over 500 complaints.
I agree this company is a rip off. I did some research on CDWS and they were involved in a large lawsuit with another company in 2010. I believe the founders were sentenced. This explains the company's scam. What number did you have and did you have any luck making contact? I have been calling and emailing them for 5 days, no luck. I'm willing to jump on the lawsuit bandwagon.
Contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint immediately. The more complaints the better!!!

Please help me. I do not want my warranty to run out. I can be reached at 303 375-8063. I am 68 years old retired with 1/2 income. I thought that when got the warranty that I would not have to pay for repairs that were covered by the warranty. Was I jepped! Frustrated and Unhappy!
They owe a long list of people a lot of money - millions of dollars. The owe vendors, employees, & finance companies alike, some are just as scammed as the customers (vendors include unsuspecting furniture company, IT/phone companies, etc.). They have several million in judgements against them that have not been collected on.
If you want to do something, call the Federal Trade Commision (FTC) and report fraudulent sales in transactions that go state to state (they live in California with a corp registered in Nevada - if you're out of CA, you qualify). Ask them to press charges since these men knowingly committed fraud in the millions. They thought since it was a bunch of indiviuals they could get away with it, prove to them otherwise if you want to do something. Their slogan was, "it's just business" - show them how that works and call FTC.
