hello

im from california and about a month ago i purchased an extended warranty thru fidelity automotive solutions and the product i got was from consumer direct warranty services. i paid $395 down and am paying $127.78 for a total of $2695. so i was told by rob @ fidelity that my warranty would be activated after 30 and 1000 miles. so i waited and took my car in to the dealer for a diagnostic. the dealer then tried to file a claim online @ www.beginaclaim.com he then called me saying my claim was denied. i was thinking to myself thats impossible cuz the cooling fan is a covered part under the warranty i purchase plan called secure choice. i then started doin some research online i found this site with a bunch of complaints just like mine. this company is very clever in minupulating people into buying false products. can anyone help me in gettin my money back ... im lost!

    I'm just another person that paid for an extended warranty and was denied a claim.  My compressor went out on my air conditioner and they denied my claim saying it was wear and tear.  When I paid for the extended warranty my car wasn't new, that was the reason for the warranty.  Someone needs to put these people out of business. It's amazing how they are still in business.  I guess this is a lesson well learned but it won't happen to me again.  If there is a class action suit, I would like to be added to the list.  I can  be reached at annf@jbcoxwell.com

    My name is travis and i paid 2615 for warranty back since 2008 post to be good to 2015 and no one helps u and when i called they told me the company is no longer their. I would like to in the lawsuit to or anyone hears how to get money back let me know huss_travis@yahoo.com

    I was sold a policy by AA auto warranty. 7/18/2008

    I have been denied claims and have not been able tospeak to anyone at CDWS.

    Even now calling AAuto they seem suprised about the way this company has

    acted.

    Finally someone in managment at AAuto stated last week thaey th
    lawsuit pending against CDWS

    Being that AAAuto warranty sold me this policy, do they have any liabiity? It seems they should.

    Please lets start a suit. i have paid $3400 for a warranty for my f250 my high pressure oil pump is out and now i have no truck. shop csn not get ahold of anyone nor can I. The shop is now wanting to refuse my truck. mow i have $3000 in repairs as well as the $3400 worth of bogus warranty.
