hello

im from california and about a month ago i purchased an extended warranty thru fidelity automotive solutions and the product i got was from consumer direct warranty services. i paid $395 down and am paying $127.78 for a total of $2695. so i was told by rob @ fidelity that my warranty would be activated after 30 and 1000 miles. so i waited and took my car in to the dealer for a diagnostic. the dealer then tried to file a claim online @ www.beginaclaim.com he then called me saying my claim was denied. i was thinking to myself thats impossible cuz the cooling fan is a covered part under the warranty i purchase plan called secure choice. i then started doin some research online i found this site with a bunch of complaints just like mine. this company is very clever in minupulating people into buying false products. can anyone help me in gettin my money back ... im lost!

    Dealing with the same problem from WASeasy.com... can't talk to anyone and the dealership that sold me the warranty is very hush hush about giving me phone numbers and trying to talk me out of fileing a claim against the warranty saying I could fix a cylindar head myself...something is really messed up about all of this...I want to be involved in a lawsuit too.     I am now dealing with Checkaclaim.. can only do it on line. the company from whom I "purchased the warranty" is not taking any responsibility for waht the actual warranty holder is doing. I need a starter.. supposed to be covered.. but they are asking for 3 years of service agreements.. for what? a starter doesn't need maintenance.. what are you doing to locate them.. the phone number just refers you to "on line" communication only

    I'm getting the same thing. sure wish I had visited this site before buying the cdws warranty. Would like to be a part of any lawsuit against these ripoff artists. I can be contacted at d4125@telus.net.

    I did about the same thing,except I brough from MOGI,AND PAID them completly. And now can,t get anyone to lison or remark.The little gril corection the young lady,that is the receptionest at the shop,I was told by MOGI, why don't I take it some place else, why should I?? This place is within walking disance.And do good work "which is hard to find any where".I'am retired mil, I useto handel my problems difernt ways,fun&legal but don't knowhow in a good way,now. The shop that I took my truck too said that they have been burnt befor,and please not again.If any one outtheir would have any sujustions that I could use,Besize going to their home"20",inwhich I could do,but my truck is not running."thanks to MOGI"Anyone reading,thankyou.

    look like we are in the same boat...I have pay off to may last payment total arround $1800. last month I submitted my first Claim I got to talk to someone on the phone they give me a run arround to get all the maintaince records and reciepts, couple weeks later I can not talk to a person any more just machine and email address, now I cannot event send email to them all I send it to questions@checkaclaim.com "failure" i don't know who turn to now my car still broken, I tried PRG option since I have not submit any claim before, no success...
    so what we all going to do about this? I hate these people, I will do anything to take them down...please let me know

    I have had two claims with Consumer Direct Warranty Services.  Neither the service dept. nor myself has been able to speak to a real person.  My warranty was to cover all things with motors.  My seat no longer moved...it needed a new motor.  $1500.00 because of time involved.  

    If there is a class action suit going on I want in please.  Tell me whom to contact and I will.  Thanks, Seanymph

    Another option might be small claims court.  But we should all follow advise of some with regards contacting BBB.

    I think I have been scam  also,  I pursched this warreanty from Consumer Direct warranty services in 2008 and its paid in full but  every claim I summit they return with the not covered information, which I check the book and it said its covered what am I to do. SO TRUE THEY DON'T PAY AND YOU CAN'T TALK TO ANY ONE  2600.00,always send a fax or email.

    I have a simular problem, front differential and driveshaft. There are no lube points on these items that need to be replaced. I did give them the maintenence records and they said I modifide them and denied the claim. I just looking for there address which I'm having trouble getting from them so I can take them to small claims court.

    I had the same problem with this company, they gave me the run around and all, I asked for a refund and 45 days later I got the refund. Send all information back certified mail.

    if anyone has some success on getting a refund.  Please let me know, this company is riduculus, I believe it is one person who is doing all this.  I had my claim denied twice.  I can be reached at rodp242002@yahoo.com, Someone needs to pay for this.  Maybe we should call Clark Howell, he will get to the bottom of this.

    I had a warranty through Mogi with Consumer Direct Warranty Services.  I was assured after an 1.5 hour conversation on the phone that I could do my own oil changes and regular maintenance.  I just need to keep a record of what I did and when and what mileage.  I did that, pretty meticulously.  My fuel pump went out and my rear door actuator went out.  Filed the claim through my mechanic and got denied because I didn't have a mechanic do my oil changes and regular maintenance.  Mogi's customer service was nice enough to seek a refund but can't because they went out of business partially for giving lots of refunds to people that were being screwd by CDWS.  This is crap!  Because I have done my own oil changes and regular maintenance since I own the vehicle my warranty won't be covered.  I just lost $1600 to a group that screws people.  I still owe $800, but Mogi's customer service made my financial record disappear so I no longer need to pay.  If you file a class action lawsuit, my name will be on the list.

    Clear Advantage Warranty Administration Services,that's based in Las Vegas,or Redding California,area, are out of control with taking people money and not holding up there end of bargin,ask me how I know? Because, I purchased their BOGUS!!!! So Called Warranty coverage,in 2009 and never submitted a claim to them until about 3 months ago,for my car,Iam for sure down with a LAW SUITE!!! aganist them,If anyone lives in or around the pennsylvania are,please don't hesitate to contact me at e-mail address,ladysuperior31@yahoo.com I have 2 lawyers that i have consulted with already that would not mind taking the case,but the suite would better be served in an class action,The law firm is called Erik B.Jensen Law Firm,based here in philadelphia,and he's not a small unnoticed law firm the  other is a smaller Law firm,called The Law Offices Of Frances M.Odza,that's also based here in the philadelphia area,Come on people let's not be those kind of people that is all talk and no action,we have every right to at least attempt to get some,if not all of our money back,even if we do not get our money back,at least we can put these scam artist out of business,and expose them for who they really are.

    Another guy that was scammed by cdws. I had a problem with leaking water pump and it states in black and white that water pump is covered and they denied my claim. I end up fixing it and paying $425. I think all of us need to find a lawyer to go after this company since no attorney general and nobody else from government agencies is willing to help.They all big [***] and I would love for all of us to gang together and show this type of companies what it means to rip hard working people their money.
