As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    Colon Cleanse M.D.  the #877-350-8480, #877-615-4233 (this is the number on my CC#) and the ones I've found are ALL DISCONNECTED...does anyone have a good phone number?  The other company "Fit Factory" does not even have record of my order, address, phone number or email...and I want to stay in front of this scam so I am charged in "14 days"...I think I'll just call and have my debit card canceled and have a new one ordered...

    hey thnk you everyone for letting me know about this scam i was going to order the acai berry 500  but thnkfuilly i tried the 877 615 4233 number and its disconnected. just made me think if theres no number to cancel best not to order

    I called my bank and all transactions from this scam will be stopped...tried to call the number again this afternoon and now it is constantly busy...the "fit factory" had no record of my order THANK GOD, but will be calling them daily to ensure they don't end up with my info...wanted to let you know if you mapquest this address:

    Don't give up! It is possible to cancel your account(s)! Also, don't forget to cancel your unrealized accounts at price limbo and at fitfactory.  The email address for pricelimbo is cservice@pricelimbo.com.  Email them and tell them you do not want their services and that you do not want to be charged. The phone number for the Fit Factory is 1-866-1022.  Be very firm and clear and stand your ground without being rude.

    I too fell for the "free sample" scam.  Unable to contact Nubodi to cancel within the 14 days, therefore, contacted my credit card provider and they said will have to pay and then dispute the charge, which is totally unacceptable, so, I cancelled the card there and then.  This appears to be the only way to stop them getting your money, so don't wait until the charge appears on your statement, cancel your card now!  BE WARNED

    I'm from England and fell for it on 1st November. Idiot! Cannot get through on the phone, (can you imagine what it is costing me trying), am put on hold for 20 minutes, before I give up, each time. Have now written to them, Acai Berry Power 500, in Florida, but am dismayed to read on the forum that they will ony cancel over the phone. After I wrote I found out that Acai Berry Power 500, should read Nubodi. The parent company is Crush LLC, just google it. They have a contact link but when you submit message nothing happens. I have also contacted BBB in Florida to ask for their help in cancelling and stopping any payments coming from my bank account. If the product is as good as they claim, Oprah as well, then they shouldn't need to resort to these practices, making it as difficult as possible, if not impossible, to cancel. It might not, technically, be fraud but it is most definitely a scam.

    hi Kerry i stupidly got caught up in this scam but within a few hours i realised it was a scam before any money was withdrawn or product shipped, as they are now unable to use those card details do you think i am safe????

Recently we have received several complaints from people who have been ripped off by a company selling Extreme Acai Berry (or a product like that). This company goes by the name of "nubodi". I want to make it very clear that we (www.ebodi.com) have no affiliation with nubodi nor do we sell any supplements. We are a health & fitness information company and we provide people with diet and exercise programs. Please contact your local Better Business Bureau and file a complaint against the offending company- Nubodi (or any other name these people are operating under.) Thank you and good luck to all of those who have been mistreated.

    I also tried phoning Nubodi (or should that be nobody?) to cancel the Acai Berry product and surprise surprise was told, after some five minutes on line from Scotland - that the telephone number 01-877-350-8480 was not active!  That's when I looked up Nubodi2008 and saw all the complaints. I immediately cancelled my bank card, thanks to the advice I saw on this site - so thank you to everyone who gave that advice. What a bunch of absolute stinkers!  With regards the product - I asked my pharmacist who told me that some of the ingredients would be harmful to anyone with a thyroid problem or on thyroid medication.

    Me again, I've been on to my bank to xc my cards, only to find these pigs have already taken a payment of £60.oo for a company called VIPFIT for a product I've no knowledge of or received.  I cannot get through to the US on any of the numbers listed. Keep an eye on payments taken on your new cards as my bank advises that some scammers (scummers) can make the link to your new details.  I've instructed my own bank to set up a fraud claim against these rats.  Am still unable to xc the Acaiberry product because I cannot get an active number.

    I am appalled at this company's practices!!   Reading all these posts, I can't believe I didn't even check here before I agreed to a free trial, which was no trial at all because you get billed before you even receive the trial bottle!   I spoke with four people, including supervisors Nathan (real name?  I doubt it!)  He said he was not allowed to give out their address, Salt Lake City is all he could say.   He was not allowed to give out his supervisor's name.   Did i want a refund, 'take it or leave it', were his exact words.  And that is if i get the full bottle, which was sent before my 14 day free trial bottle was, and return to sender.   So I really think they'll refund anything after reading all these posts????? BBB, Attorney General, CBS, Oprah, everyone should be inundated with our letters!!

    Here's something interesting.  I posted my complaint here just  a  little while ago.  After reading more of these posts, however, I decided to call again.  This time I reached 'Zyra'.   I was sweet as pie, and explained that I hadn't had the tril bottle before the 89.31 was billed so didn't have a chance to use it.  She said she would credit the account and to look for the bank to reflect it within the next 14 days!   It was that easy!  Now, watch for my post 14 days from now and we'll see what happens!  (I said 'do i return the bottle when i get it?' and Zyra said, no I could keep it and still use it.)    hmmmmm

    Hi there, just to let you know I'm just off the phone to the US. Acaiberry is dealt with Nubodi on tel: 001-801-208-7485.  I spoke with a young man, who has agreed to refund my money.  I also sent e-mails to Hoodicore, Diet Order Stores to advise that I have e-mail the US Inland Revenue (which I have) I also e-mail the chief of police in Fort Lauderdale and gave them all the details. I receive an e-mail back from a company at e-mail address support@name.com who asked that I contact them immediately if any monies are taken out of my bank account by them - as they will give an immediate refund.  The young man at Nubodi, suggested that I might receive quite a few products from many sources!!!

    I ordered a free trial of AcaiBerry power 500 and I received nothing but I have four charges on my credit card. Oct 8 for 4.55 , Oct 23 for 116.36 , Oct 29 for 11.06 and Oct 31 for 25.24.     I rather stupidly ordered a free sample, but I do not remember seeing anything when ordering on the web that I was automatically signing up for more. After all one would want to see if they were any good first.
    If this is the case that there was no warning when ordering are they in breech of any consumer laws?

    When my 'free' sample arrived I found this lovely 'intimidating note' saying that if I did not cancel within 14 day I would be automatically billed for 89dollars and 31 cents and I had to telephone the number that everyone has quoted. It did however give me another contact on the automated response for a company called Interweb Design Ltd in Egham TW20 9HT -in London . So I telephoned them to be told that they only sold the telephone lines to them and therefore not their problem.
    I have blocked my card but what really annoys me is that I cannot just block this company. Why must I have to block the whole card. Maybe we should be looking for a change in this banking regulation.

    Can you help me please i have fallen into this trap as i thought it would be real as it was advertised by OPRAH ? I haven't received the product as yet and they haven't taken the money out of my account yet but i am trying to stop it before they do, have been in touch with my credit card company and told them about the scam have asked them to change my Account number   and cancel my existing card number, so will that stop them from accessing my account?

    I too have been scammed I think and I live in United Kingdom so there is no way that I could phone said number.  I need to be able to get in touch with these people as when I ordered my free trial it stated that I could either get in touch by phone or an e mail address but very cleverly once I had touched the appropriate keys on my computer and paid the shipping costs nothing else came up for the e mail address if I wanted to cancel further supplies

    Dont know what to do! But you are right these people need stopping and fast
